Excellent space, I’d definitely consider staying here again if I ever find myself back in Nice.

Pros: Cédric was such a hands on host, great communication and instructions to get into the property, cleanliness was amazing, great use and access to shared amenities. Exceeded my expectations, he was so helpful and also put it out there to ask for help if needed. Location was super handy, short walking distance from Nice-Ville train station and if you enjoy walking, you’re about a 20min walk away from Old Town Nice and the Promenade des Anglais.

Pros: Very clean rooms, all the amenities there. Cedric was a superb host, accommodating to all our requests. We communicated with him smoothly over WhatsApp and had no problems. Check-in instructions from him were very clear, the other guests were quiet and respectful. There are many bakeries in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood itself is walkable and safe.

Pros: It was comfortable to use it, everything is there what you need, a pleasant room

Pros: Nice, clean, calm. Good communication with the owner of the accomodation. Well situated nearby the train station which enables to make nice trips to Monaco, Cannes etc. I was glad there was an oil, spices, tea (etc.) in the kitchen. Because if you come for three days, you do not buy one litre of oil. But if you find it in the kitchen provided by the owner, you just find it handy!

Perfect location

Pros: The property was in an excellent location to explore Nice. The property was exceptionally clean, well presented. Had everything we needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay.

Cons: The only negative thing I would say. With 5 rooms and only one bathroom/toilet this could sometimes be an issue. However would be expected so didn’t spoil our stay in anyway.

Pros: Convenient location close to the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Easy to check in/out, very modern and clean kitchen/bathroom. A/C was amazing.

Cons: Room was a bit small. Elevator was sketch.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Very pleased with the airconditioning in the room. The shared kitchen facilities were great for breakfast. Good value for money! Close to the train station (8 min walk). The other guests were quiet and respectful.

Cons: It’s a 20 minute walk to the old town. This stay is in a great location when you mostly want to travel to other cities. If you want to stay in nice for a few days to explore the city itself, I’d recommend staying closer to the old town.

Suitable for active travellers, who only spends accomodation the night, but goes around all day.

Pros: Good location near train station, if is plan to travel around by train. 20 min walking from beach. an the centre

Cons: Should be put brighter lamps.
