Beautiful villa with panoramic view over Nice

The perfect base for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Loved it!

Pros: The location is easily accessible from the Train Station and Town Centre of Nice. The view is stunning and there are several wonderful entertainment areas around the house where you can relax and enjoy looking over the city and to the mountains beyond. A local village shopping center is located a short walk away with a supermarket, restaurants and patisserie. Easy access to the Old Port, Nice Harbor and Monaco.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Marco is a great host, leaving no stone unturned. This house is a holiday all on its own and being in the region of Nice is almost bonus. I was only there for a few days but should have stayed longer!

Pros: The apartment's convenient location, private parking, large multi-level area, and the availability of all necessary amenities, along with the stunning panoramic views of Nice both during the day and at night, make it an excellent choice for a few days' stay in the city.

A relaxing and memorable stay with breathtaking views and excellent location to explore around Nice

Pros: We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in a lovely house in Nice. The views over the city were absolutely stunning, taking breakfast each morning and evening wine on the terrace a real highlight. The showers were excellent with plenty of hot water, adding to the comfort of the stay. The homeowner was exceptionally welcoming, meeting us on arrival to hand over the keys, clearly explaining the house’s features, and offering great tips on places to visit in the area. Great location to explore Nice and within short drive of Monaco, Cannes and Italy. A truly memorable and relaxing experience.

Pros: The property is absolutely lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The views over Nice are amazing. The owner was very helpful, providing us with lots of restaurant recommendations and things to do around Nice. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Our stay at this enchanting villa was an absolute 10 out of 10! The house is stunningly beautiful, incredibly spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The cherry on top is the breathtaking garden and outdoor area, perfect for unwinding or savoring meals while taking in the most spectacular view of the city. Moreover, Marco is a phenomenal and kind host, always available to assist with anything you might need and eager to share tips on must-visit spots. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the French Riviera!

Fantastic host, very helpful housekeeper who went extra mile. Really enjoyable stay for 8 days.

Pros: Property was fantastic for a group of adults plus a dog. Good facilities and great location. Not to mention the amazing views and great local shops and restaurant.

Cons: A long walk to city centre so be prepared to take the bus , drive or Uber. Otherwise great.

A really lovely 2 weeks in a beautiful, unique home

Pros: really beautiful views - lovely location, Nice was very walkable and a lovely little village even closer. Very good communication with host, brought us out a highchair immediately when needed and provided 2 cots.

Cons: Would be mindful of stairs in property if travelling with toddlers - need to keep an eye on them!

Pros: Unser Familienurlaub in diesem Haus war einfach wunderschön! Die Lage ist top – mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über ganz Nizza und das Meer. Das Haus war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber Marco ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir erneut nach Nizza reisen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Pros: Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Eigentümer ist ein außergewöhnlich netter Gastgeber – er stand uns sowohl vor als auch nach unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit mit Rat, Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Seite. Das Haus war makellos sauber und hat für uns (6 Personen und zwei Hunde) perfekt gepasst. Besonders beeindruckend ist der traumhafte Blick über Nizza – ein Anblick, den man so schnell nicht vergisst. Die Küche und die Ausstattung ließen keinerlei Wünsche offen, alles war durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen – es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!!!
