As mentioned location was great easy access to the beach and the Old Town.

Pros: Location was amazing the best thing about this property. Also property was a good size and kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: Very modest supply of toiletries and towels. Had to collect keys from a different location.

Brilliant location, super views

Pros: Ideal situation in the old town. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the people on the promenade. House was very comfortable and clean

Cons: It was very noisy at night with traffic and people walking past, bring earplugs!

Really enjoyed our family get together, near plenty of restaurants & also the market to get any things for your self

Pros: Spacious property, good condition for an old building with modern touches. Position near promenade and old town restaurants almost unbeatable

Cons: Not a fault of the property but noise from the street is spectacular, motorbikes practising acceleration at 1am makes sleep a challenge !

Pros: Fantastic location, right on the promenade and on the edge of the Old Town. The balcony overlooking the sea and promenade was the real highlight

Cons: The property could do with an upgrade, then it would be a real 5-star property. Just a little old and the air conditioning in the bedrooms need to be as good as the unit in the living room. Fans are just not good enough in 30degrees

Lovely apartment in a great location right on the waterfront

Pros: Clean spacious and great location. Near lots of restaurants

Cons: Not all fans worked so uncomfortable to sleep at night

Decor was a bit bland and the lounge furniture uncomfortable and not adequate for 4 adults

Pros: Self catering so no food provided. Perfect location for exploring the Old Town in Nice

Cons: We had to collect the keys at the offices, We had hired a car so had to drive to the offices to collect the keys. We luckily found parking on the street nearby. It would haave been better to have someone meet us at the property or have the keys left in a key code box at the property. We are all in our 70's so walking from the offices to the property was not an option for us.

Pros: Everything: the apartment was exceptional, the location was spectacular (right on the sea front), the market was just outside the door as were restaurants, a great bread shop, bars, the opera house and photography museum, we were right in the heart of the Old Town.
