Pros: Immaculate. Excellent facilities. Modern. Lovely roof terrace. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful location. A stepping stone to all the beautiful places on the Côte d’Azur.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Fab stay great place to chill and relax

Pros: It was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need and more very well decorated and is a great place to relax . William was so lovely which added to the wonderful experience

Wonderful stay away from the hustle of the old town

Pros: The location on top of the hill is wonderful and very quiet. The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi offers views of the ocean and is very private. The host is very friendly and accommodating, with greetings and showing the apartment upon our arrival, which was very much appreciated. The apartment presents itself in as-new condition, with everything being very well maintained and in working order. There is even an Apple TV box available that allows you to watch movies from your computer if you wish to do so.

Cons: There are ants that we had to fight with, but this is not the property's fault. I guess they just live up there. One has to be careful with not leaving anything within reach of the ants, otherwise you end up having a whole army of them invading the house and terrace. I mean, a breadcrumb on the floor is reason enough for them .... Unfortunately, the garage is not available. It's not advertised as being available, so I guess it's ok, but it would have been nice to store our E-scooter inside.

Pros: We liked absolutely everything, amazing new house, extremely clean, extremely nice staff, everything in the bathrooms and the rooms to the highest quality….endless list with positive Highly recommended 👌👌

S P E C T A C U L A R

Pros: Absolutely spectacular. Remote, quiet, and beautiful. A perfect vacation house, well appointed and with everything you would need, hosts were more than welcoming. Beautiful hikes nearby, I cannot stress how much I enjoyed staying here; I wish we would have stayed a week.

Cons: I am only sad to think that they would probably not sell the place to me. A note: we are avid hikers, so the verticality of the environs was a bonus and we enjoyed many walks down to Eze village and Eze bord de Mer- but if you are not inclined to enjoy steep walks (the property is ~400m above the sea, but less than 3k as-the-crow-flies) you will want to access by car.

We had a fantastic stay and it was the end of a two month stay in France for the Rugby World Cup.

Cons: Nothing : everything was good.

Pros: We loved our stay! It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. William was a great host - he met us when we arrived and even sorted out mountain bikes for us to use if we wanted. Remy was also v responsive on Whatsapp if we needed anything. The local area is beautiful, as are the hikes in the area behind the villa.

Cons: The village is about 30 mins walk from Eze Village and there aren’t any amenities very nearby. A car might be useful but we were able to use the local buses. The villa was quite expensive but otherwise great.

i don’t wanna go home anymore. It is a perfect house in the best environment.

Pros: Accueil parfait, william est très sympathique. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. Le grand plus, la vue et le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. A réserver sans hésiter.
