NEW CHEAP PRIVATE ROOM

Pros: The place was clean and well organized, and everything was available as expected. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me in the best way possible. I have truly never been guided or assisted in this way before. Thank you very much for your support and cooperation.\

Corresponds with its price, but perfectly fine for one night stay.

Pros: The accommodation corresponded to its price. It was cheap, so don’t expect it to be 5* hotel, but more like dormitory. Room size was okay, bed was comfortable, we even got towels and shower gels. I appreciate check-out till 11:30 AM. Facility managers were always online, so the check in process was super smooth, even though it was quite complicated - there were several steps you had to do. The kitchen was fully equipped, only thing I missed were bowls. There were only plates, cups etc. And don’t be surprised about cameras in the main hall. I see it as a benefit - if something happens, it is on record.

Cons: It is far from centre in older residential area. The building itself looks like from 90s, there are lifts for only one person. The accomodation is not in the best shape - old doors, floor, broken toilet seat. And in our room there was only AC with that thick tube sticking out the window, so you couldn’t close it if the AC was on.

Pros: Very good contact with owner. Localization near to bus stop and tram stop. Room was simple but clean, with everything I needed.

Pros: Clean and tidy room! There is a forest outside the window! You can hear the sound of birds and seagulls in the morning! It's really great! Also you can take some photos, the view is beautiful!

Pros: Everything was good except trying to check in, the thing is that it’s basically an Airbnb not a hotel so apparently I needed WiFi and what’s app to check in . I’m traveling without a French SIM card and no WiFi so this made the experience very difficult

It is in very nice environment, clean and tidy. We do recommend it.

Perfect for short stay, cheap and easily accessible place

Pros: I wanted to book last minute room, but everything was quite expensive at that moment, thankfully there was this cheap room available. I liked that it’s near a tram station, there is a balcony with a table and chairs where you can look at the city view. I didn’t use a kitchen so I can’t say anything about it. If you want to park your car it will be a little difficult to find a spot, but manageable. Owner sent directions and info in English, (be sure to check-in before 22:30h).

Cons: Bed was creaking a bit when changing positions but I got used to it. There was no shade from the morning sun, it’s not a problem if you wake up early though. No A/C, you have to leave a window open for it to get a little bit cooler. These aren’t really a concern if you stay for one night only. Sadly the odour in bathroom wasn’t really good.

Cons: In a big apartment block out of the city felt a bit scary at first, but had no issues and everyone was friendly.
