Good place to rest

Pros: It’s quite spacious, perfect for 2 people for few nights. It’s in the quite area of Nice, but it’s perfectly communicated with the city centre by buses. The bakery located 3 minutes away is excellent! Contact with the owner was swift and they even allowed us to come earlier then the set check in time, which was very nice! We’ve had great time there.

Pros: Nice room in a very quiet area, polite hosts, near the supermarket and bus stop. I highly recommend it.

Pros: It’s a cute unit in Nice that has everything you need. We only stayed one night but we definitely could have stayed longer. The room was comfortable and clean. There was the option to add breakfast which is a bonus! Communication was also great with the hosts. Close to a bus stop and tram station to get into Nice town.

Cons: Nothing - I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Geographically, it takes about 20 minutes to drive from Angel Bay and about 20 minutes to walk to the tram stop, which is a very convenient place for us. There is also a parking space available for €5 a day, which I think is a good deal in a place where parking is very hard to find. The host was very warm and helped us heat the food we brought and provided us with cutlery. On top of that, they have two very cute kids! My wife likes them very much, and the host is willing to let us take photos with them. The children are very cute and lively. There is no doubt that the living experience here will be a very important color in our trip to Nice

A superb location, with kind hosts, a short tram ride from the city centre.

Pros: 40 minutes walk, or a short tram ride from the city centre; an ideal location for access to the airport / A8 motorway. Kind and attentive hosts. Not only were we treated to a delicious breakfast with homemade bread and yoghurt, but we engaged in an entertaining discussion about UK and French politics over breakfast. Peter definitely went the extra mile.

Pros: Lovely place and interior. Very delicious breakfast.

Cons: I’m very sensitive to smells and would recommend to check the cleanliness of the mattress.

Pros: It was perfect for one night. It is a pavilion (a small building) in the garden of the hosts' house. It is furnished very nicely, with taste. The hosts were very nice, the breakfast was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cons: It was very hot, we could not open the window because of the mosquitoes, but unfortunately just a fan was provided which was not always enough.

Pros: As my wife struggles to walk cause she needs a new hip and pelvis, it was a little difficult with the stairs. But apart from that we were very happy

Pros: Very clean, happy owners, calm, outside the noisy city. Perfect after visiting the bysy centre to return to.
