Pros: The host, Mauricette, was just wonderful - very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable with everything I needed. The pool was very clean and well kept, great for a morning dip! Breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants

Exceptional, much better than expected. It was the perfect place to unwind on our first day in France.

Pros: Exclusive use of the lovely garden, sun loungers and beautiful swimming pool. The landlady couldn’t have been more helpful and prepared a lovely French Breakfast for us. Also secure private parking is a very nice addition. A lovely lady with a super property.

Cons: It was a little difficult to find. Might just have been us, but our flight had been delayed and we were late arriving so it was already dark and we were tired and stressed. Many thanks to the owner Mauricette for helping us to find it.

Pros: Wonderful, helpful, friendly host. Lovely breakfast. Our bedroom looked out to the pool with our own outdoor setting. Very relaxing and just a short walk to the beach and centre of the town. We even had our own parking space in the garage, so felt the car was very secure. All in all.......10/10

Cons: There was nothing to not like!

Pros: Amazing place with your own full sized swimming pool, not even shared with other guest because they only rent to one guest so you have the pool and terraces around the pool all for yourself. Owner is super nice and she is serving you very good breakfast by the pool every morning. Wonderful place and not expensive at all

Pros: Great and welcoming lady, which is also living in the house. The garden and the pool are amazing! Nearby is a supermarket and within 15 minutes you can reach the train station.

Cons: The breakfast could have a little bit more selection possibilities.

Fantastic stay in Cagnes-sur-mer

Pros: Our host Madame was absolutely lovely - kind, caring and generous. The room was extremely clean and tidy and we liked the finishing touches including the tea facilities in the room and the supplies in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection of toast, croissants, yoghurt, coffee and juice. It was lovely to have complete access to the pool and the outdoor area. Great location in Cagnes-sur-mer not far from the beach. Next door to supermarket as well. Despite the language barrier, Madame made sure that we were well catered for and was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and asking if we needed anything in particular. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay :)

A perfect stay

Pros: We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous place , Madame has a beautiful home which she keeps Immaculate. The room overlooked the pool and garden , we had the pool to ourselves. There was a private bathroom and toilet for our use only too. We managed to communicate using my school days French and Madame also speaks some English and we used translator app. Nothing was too much trouble for Madame , she helped us in every way she could, suggestions for trips , restaurants, etc. We had toiletries, beach towels provided. We cannot recommend end this lovely villa enough , we will miss Madame , a lovely lady ! My husband is 6 ft 6 in but the bed was perfect for him!

Pros: Host is great. Made us very comfortable even though we had language barrier. Owner is a very polite lady with great smile. We would love to visit again. She is inspiring
