Pros: The accommodation is beautiful and perfectly located, just about 300 meters from the train station, providing easy connections to all other cities. The apartment is clean, very well equipped, and everything you might need is within reach. If we decide to visit Noci again, we will definitely choose the same place 😊

Pros: Property was in a great location and very close to the train station. You had everything you would want and need, very well equipped! Property very secure.

Cons: Lots of stairs so be warned if taking a heavy case like me, but thankfully it was only once up and once down. It did get hot and although there were fans it was still very warm.

Pros: Our stay was amazing! The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities! We really enjoyed it. Franck is an excellent host, he waited for us (our flight was delayed) and even gave us tips on what to see! If we ever go back to Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Very much central located! 20min train ride to Monaco.

Pros: It isv excellent, bright and spacious apartment. It is on great location convenient for all needs. Next to the apartment there is Carrefour market. The train station is a 5 min walk away, as is the port and sea side. The city center is a 10 min walk away. The apartment is modern and new, well equipped with all necessary elements. The host is very kind, warm and accommodating. We had a winderful wrlcome and farewell. Apartment and host for recommendation. We loved our stay a lot.

Great stay in Nice

Pros: Superb apartment nr to shops,restaurants,a short walk to the Port and Promenade des Anglais The owner Franck met us outside on arrival,helped with our luggage. Nice little surprise of goodies in the fridge. He explained the area and suggested where to go. Very friendly and helpful Would recommend this apartment

Great city trip

Pros: Franck was a marvellous host. We were able to drop our bags off early while the apartment was being cleaned for example and he was available to speak to if we had needed to.

Cons: Only one set of keys meant we had to plan our trips as a group of 4

Great place. Great location. Host was fantastic, attentive and helpful.

Pros: Location is great. RIQUIER down the road. Good boulangerie round the corner. TNL Carrefour 5 minutes walk. Area isn’t the best or the worst. Felt safe and had a nice view of the hills from the balcony.

Cons: No lift and we had a buggy we had to carry up and down. Apartment is on the 3rd floor so in the heat that was a bit awkward.

Memorable stay great location.

Pros: Fans in the rooms and the ice cube machine. Supermarkets close by.

Cons: The cooking station was working with gaz which ends up heating the apartment which can be an issue in summer time.
