Great little apartment!

Pros: The apartment is in a great location with the tram out the front which makes it easy to navigate around Nice. There is a supermarket close by which has a great range and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Johnny our host is great, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small but it was fine for the two of us. It has easy access to the promenade and beach and a beach chair and umbrella were provided

Cons: It would have been nice to have a toaster and a egg flipper but honestly it was fine and we managed

Pros: If you are going for visiting and exploring Cot d Azur, it is super awesome location. Close to the city center, right on the tram stop and close to the promenade. If you need 7 days of sleeping and resting, noise from the street can wake you up if you sleep with open windows. Staff is great, also it is clean.

Pros: The location was superb. So handy, just a block away from the Promenade des Anglais and beach. It was bright and surprisingly quiet considering it faces the street. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchenette was small but functional.

Cons: I think a few more kitchen and cooking essentials could be provided. I didn't find the clear plastic chairs very comfortable.

Pros: Close to beach,center and groceries. There is umbrella for the beach, iron and even a little library in the room which was cute.

Pros: Great location close to the promenade and supermarkets nearby. Lovely wee studio apartment that has a good stovetop for cooking basic meals.

Pros: Close to a tram, the beach and cute eateries, but not too loud. All the other amenities were a nice touch

Nice small nice place

Pros: Very good location, small but enough space for two people. Next to the promenade and easy to get in 20 min to any attractions. Art museum is just a few min away. Was so easy to contact host and communication was so easy. Good place to be. Bakery and a many food place around.

Pros: Great location,right beside tram stop,a minute from the seafront Spotless

Cons: Maybe a couple more towels and binbags could have been supplied But thats not that big a deal

Pros: Nice, quaint and cozy with great location, situated between airport, downtown and the beach.

Cons: Minor issue regarding the keybox:it took us a while to find it, as they are across a street, and then we didn't see the 2nd railing where our box was located. You could add a picture to the directions, to save visitors a couple minutes of guessing. There was little space to put our clothes to dry, after we got into a rainstorm. The policy regarding drying on the balcony is quite restrictive.

Stay in nice

Pros: The studio was superb, fantastic location, it was spotless clean when we arrived, I would recommend this location to anyone visiting nice, tram stop just outside front door took you all the way to port lympnia, another beautiful place in Nice, shops, restaurants, bars, all within walking distance, 5 minute walk to the Promenade, fantastic, loved it, thank you so much, 😍😍

Cons: I could safely say I had no dislikes
