Studio à deux pas de la mer

Pros: A great location, just two minutes from the beach. There was also a supermarket 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Moreover, we really liked the bakery across the street. It took only 10 minutes to walk to the city centre, where we could enjoy the atmosphere of Nice. The main reason why we chose this apartment is the amazing view from the balcony! The host was very friendly, she waited for us to hand over the keys and explained everything. There were all the possible utensils in the kitchen, it was also nice to have beach mattresses and umbrellas!

Cons: Actually, there were a lot of cockroaches, especially in the kitchen in the evening and at night.

Great place for a few days stay for a duo.

Pros: The hosts were super helpful, responsive and friendly. We arrived quite late, around 9:45 PM and we were in contact with them since landing and were greeted in the appartment. Great location, just next corner from the beach and also very good from public transport perspective: the tram no. 2 coming from the airport dropped us in front of the house. Bakery just across the street, grocery shop very close also. Downtown also just 2 stops by the tram or a 10-15 min walk. The apartment was well equipped, the parasol was a godsend as most beaches we visited had no or minimal natural shade. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was functioing well, all necessary equipment provided for basic meals (breakfast, pasta, salad). The welcome bottle of chilled water was a nice gesture in the hot summer evening after our trip.

Cons: Due to the proximity of the tram it was a bit noisy, but not too bad. The pullout bed was OK, comfy with the extra memory foam mattress on top, just a little bit narrow.

Pros: the apartment looks the same as in the pictures. the location is good, close to the beach. the apartment is bright but not in direct sunlight. we spent a lot of time on the terrace. The apartment is well equipped. we had everything we needed. it has air conditioning.the tram from the airport stops in front of the building

Cons: I prefer to have coffee machine. That is all.

Pros: Very clean, confortable sofa, equipment with all necessary,just 3 min walk from the beach and close by shops. Great communication and flexibility. We were allowed earlier in the studio. Everything went smoothly and pleasant thanks to the host attention to the detail. Highly recommend 👌

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: The location was perfect. One tramline from the airport. Beach was only a couple of minutes away. Old town was about 20 minutes, but the way there was really nice on the seashore. The apartment was really clean with all the necessary equipments. The owners were really friendly. Check-in went really smoothly. Owner replied very quickly and nicely. The view from balcony was great.

Cons: As it was near a tramline, it was a bit noisy (mostly) during the day, even with closed windows. The bed was the sofa with a mattress on it. It was comfortable though.

Pros: Lokalita se nedá srovnat s žádným jiným ubytováním v Nice. Pláž byla poměrně vylidnena a velice čistá. Výborná pekárna hned naproti a skvele zasobeny supermarket minutu od ubytování.

Cons: Všechno bylo super.

Pros: Отличные аппараты, находятся в 2 минутах от пляжа. До ближайшего магазина тоже пару минут. Все очень понравилось!
