Pros: Everything was fine, good location, close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants.

Cons: Just small things, not worth to mention.

A sunny french window and a chorus of birds

Pros: Wey clean, bright and comfortable app, close to the central area of the Nice, local bakeries, cafes, grocery stores. In 10 minute walk, you will find yourself in the heart of the old town or on Garibaldi Square. 15 minutes to english promenade... L. Delfino is a beautiful boulevard, full of trees and birds singing in chorus😀 And to note: we had excellent wi fi!👍🏾 Good value for money.

Cons: We loved everything!

Pros: The apartment looks great, everything was clean and fresh. It was not noisy at all, birds were chiming in the morning. For the price it is amazing value. The location is not bad, takes 30min on foot to old town. The hosts were great, responded very fast and explained anything we asked, very understanding and available :) Really everything was amazing, especially for the price. 4 people fit easily

Pros: It's quite place.. Easy transport and shop is very closed.. sea is very close.. This property has excellent condition.. Staff is very helpful and polite.. I would like to recommend very happily you and your families..

Pros: We liked the location that is very close to the Riquer station, the place was very clean and with all amenities mentioned. Moreover, the beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for 4 people easily.

Pros: The owner was polite and helpful. He answered our messages and calls. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect space for two people. Good connection to the airport and the city center - we usually walked (15-20 minutes) or took a tram. Nice and safe neighbourhood (many supermarkets and cafes). Self check-in with the key from the locker. Reasonable price.

Cons: The disadvantages of the apartment have already been mentioned by other users. First of all, the noise from the street – on Friday night it was difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. Weak acoustic isolation of the wooden old windows. There is a lack of basic equipment in the kitchen, e.g. no sharp knives, only one pot. No Wi-Fi, which might be important for sb else.

Pros: Très bien situé. Literie confortable. Propre. Bon accueil.

Pros: Die Wohnung war komfortabel. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen und der Altstadt entfernt. Es war sehr sauber und mit den Grundlagen für einen guten Aufenthalt

Cons: Das Thema, einen Parkplatz zu finden, war definitiv der Tiefpunkt. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze vor der Wohnung, aber sie sind 99% der Zeit besetzt. Wir müssen lange auf einen Ort in der Nähe warten oder mehrere Blocks von der Wohnung entfernt parken. Um fair zu sein, wird die Wohnung nicht mit Parkplätzen angekündigt, aber es ist wichtig, bei der Planung eines Besuchs zu wissen
