I will come back and stay here again. Staff is very nice and always caring us all the time we stay there.

Pros: The apartment was very cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The host was extremely attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything and whether we were satisfied with the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

Pros: Great location and seaview. Parking space close to the apartment-closed and safe place. Lovely apartment with everything you need - very nice welcome with a bottle of wine and biscuits. Easy and comfortable check-in and check-out. Lovely contact with the host. Everything within walking distance-bus, tram, supermarkets, restaurants. You just walk through the street and you’re by the sea on Sand and promenadę

Pros: Check-in/out: 10/10 – Very easy with the lockbox (also we could to check in more early). Host: 10/10 – Excellent communication, super friendly and helpful. Location: 10/10 – Great location: close to a supermarket, right in front of the promenade/beach and with easy tram access to the city center, airport and Nice Saint-Augustin train station (with connections to Monaco, Cannes, etc.). Apartment: 9/10 – Really nice apartment on the first floor. You can hear a bit of street noise, but it’s not disturbing. Beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. The sofa bed might be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need. Cleanliness: 9/10 – Generally very clean, just a little dust on the lamps. Overall: 10/10

Great apartment, excellent location, and very helpful host!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Nice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located (close to supermarkets, bakeries, tram and bus stations). Communication with Fernando was excellent — he was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free parking available nearby. We truly felt at home and would gladly return.

It was really beautiful apartment with everything you need to spend there a pleasant vacation.

Excellent location and cozy place.

Pros: Property location was very convenient, with close proximity to public transport, airport, shops, and the beach which was stone throw away. We enjoyed our stay at the place, had all what we expected. Host was very responsive and provide clear instructions for us. Would like to say big thank you to Fernando who hosted us.
