Charmant studio avec mezzanine

Perfect accomodation if not for the location

Pros: Everything from the apartment, the person who owned the place, the cleanliness of the apartment and beyond was very good

Cons: The location is the only downside in my opinion. But even that isn't as bad as it sounds because you can go to Negresco Hotel in less than 45 minutes enyoing the streets of Nice. If you like walking across the city, then you will have no issue with that. It is a nice place to stay and it has a good value for money.

Pros: Отличная квартира!!! Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно и есть все необходимое, даже стиральная машина. Небольшой внутренний дворик со столом и стульями, что было удобно для мужа, так как он курит. Конечно очень далеко от центра и особенно от пляжа, но можно доехать на автобусе - автобусная остановка очень близко, ходят 2 автобуса, каждые 30 минут... Либо - неспешная прогулка минут 40-50, но имейте ввиду, что в центр и к морю идешь под горку, а вот обратно - уже в гору. Рядом с аппартаментами есть большой супермаркет, очень удобно! Отличный вариант - рекомендую!!!

Quelques petites choses à améliorer dans l’appartement mais nous avons passé un agreable sejour à Cannes.

Pros: L’accueil, la présence d’un lave-linge et d’un lave-vaisselle, les ventilateurs.

Cons: Le bruit de la VMC dans la salle de bain, la présence de beaucoup de calcaire sur le pommeau de douche qui diminue la pression.

Pros: Petit studio très mignon. Très propre. Bien placé pour aller prendre le bateau pour la Corse. Christiane nous a très bien accueilli. Je recommande

Pros: Emplacement pratique, très bon accueil sympathique, logement très propre et fonctionnel pour quatre.

Pros: L'appartement est tres calme. La logeuse etait tres sympatique et accomodante..nous avons pu laisser notre voiture et nos bagages sur place dès le matin. Le lit est confortable. Le centre ville est accessible facilement en bus.

Cons: Le soir les horaires de bus sont limités. Longue marche pour rentrer.

A great little hideaway in Nice.

Pros: Great location, 2 bus lines within a 2 minute walk, a big supermarket only 3 minutes' walk away, and only 10 mins from the centre of town by bus or Uber. Big bathroom, plenty of hot water, and a comfortable double bed and double sofa bed. Loads of space so you don't feel all on top of each other. Kettle, oven, air fryer, washing machine, big tv, fast wifi all available for use.

Cons: There was a slightly fishy smell which wafted through from somewhere, we couldn't work out whether it was from inside the property or coming from outside. We have made the owner aware so they can attempt to locate the source. Also buses to town only run every half hour from this neighborhood, so you have to time your trips quite carefully. But that is nothing the owners can fix!

Pros: Grand studio , avec petite cour et possibilité de se garer gratuitement. Hote très à l écoute, très bonne communication avec l'hote . Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement et en sommes ravis !

Pros: Είναι ένα όμορφο και βολικό σπίτι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο αλλά η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Έχει πάρκινγκ δωρεάν και μια μικρή αυλίτσα .
