Great little apartment!

Pros: Amazing place! About 10 minutes from the tram line 1. Parking available. Irene and her family are very attentive to details!

Cons: Careful with the steps! If you are older it may be important to pay attention to them

Pros: Wonderful location. Wonderful Hosts. Great view situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to walk close to tram and bus very easy to use , close to bakery butcher supermarkets and restraints, One of the nicest appartments with everything you need became like home ,was sorry to leave after 6 days. Would definitely stay again when in Nice Philippe and Julie

Our stay was very comfortable and nice. The place is quiet and cozy.

Pros: Very silent, quiet place. Welcoming and warm owner of the Maison de Lulu. The apartments are uphill, so especially nice view from a terrace-very nice place to have breakfast or late dinner.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Lovely location

Pros: The views are spectacular. Great shower room. Plenty of comfy seating. Outside terrasse. Good sized fridge/freezer. Lovely tiled floor (remember to take slippers in cold weather). LBus stop close by.. Friendly, welcoming host.

Cons: A minor point was the lack of an oven but this is not unusual in overseas holiday accommodation.

Spacious apartment with lovely views

Pros: Lovely, spacious apartment set on the hillside above Central Nice. Stunning views from the balcony across Nice to the hills beyond. Having a lazy breakfast from there was a splendid start to the day. Location is pretty quiet and the beach, city centre are easily accessible via a short bus ride from the bottom of the hill. Would recommend this property.

Cons: Nothing really but be minded that the apartment is set on a hill and some people may struggle with the slope/stairs up to the property. The view is worth it though!

Wonderful apartment, friendly owner, amazing views!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped, there were great views and the owner was incredibly nice and friendly (her and her husband helped with anything we needed). We enjoyed the complementary coffee and teas, and the room felt very spacious! The lighting was also great in the apartment. The shower/bathroom was spacious and clean also. The apartment felt very homey with all of the decorations and personal touches!

Cons: There was a tram and bus stop close by (maybe 10-15 mins by walking) but sometimes after a long day walking up the stairs was tiring. However, we got some good exercise in! The stairs were worth the view, however! Also, the owner offered to take us to the train station if we needed help.

A lovely place to stay

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Lovely deck and city view. Well equiped. Hosts were friendly, helpful and available if needed.

Cons: The road to get there was narrow with switchback curves.

Pros: la vista spettacolare, il bagno grande, la camera accogliente

Cons: potrebbero esserci più utensili per la cucina (pentole e padelle), la strada per arrivare alla casa è un po’ tortuosa

Übe den Dächern Nizzas

Pros: Balkon mit schönem Ausblick in ruhiger Lage über den Dächern von Nizza. Große Wohnung mit großer Balkon Tür. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung an der Straße. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Gute Bäckereien in der Nähe (über die lange Treppe zu erreichen)

Cons: Eigentlich nichts nur ein allgemeiner Hinweis: Navigation mit Google führt zum Anfang der Straße. Die ganze Straße hat wohl die Nummer 37. Die Wohnung liegt weiter oben auf der Straße und hat ein großes Schild
