Pros: Nice owner , perfect cleanliness , great location, Everything needs are available (washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, kitchen tools ), the owner offered me a public transport card to use (will need to charge by yourself but it will cost less than you buy one by yourself)

Pros: Super ! Lieu permettant de tout faire en transport en commun. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons garé la voiture et l'avons reprise lors du départ. Le tram est à 2 mm à pied de l'hébergement. L'hébergement est propre, confortable. Notre très sympathique et serviable. Que demander de plus ?

Pros: Хорошо оборудованная квартира . Всё необходимое есть , стиральная машинка , посудомойка , фен ,кондиционер . Личная парковка которую никто не займёт в ваше отсутствие.

Cons: Думаю перед нами долго никто не снимал квартиру так как было много пыли ,но это не испортило общей картины пребывания . Грязные губки для мытья посуды ,но слава богу под раковиной были новые чистые .

Pros: Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Lentokentältä keskustaan menevän raitiovaunun pysäkki on 50 metrin päässä. Huoneisto täysin varusteltu ja siisti. Piha /puutarha grillipaikkoineen oli käytettävissä. Yksityinen autopaikka portin edessä kadulla, jolla oli vain yksityistä liikennettä. Isäntä hyvin kohtelias ja ajattelevainen. Esimerkiksi pöydällä oli valmis ratikkakortti, johon oli esiladattu pari matkaa.

Cons: Yhden pisteen pudotin kympistä ulko-oven lukon johdosta. Se kyllä toimi, mutta oli hieman erikoinen. Omaa osaamattomuutta ehkä, mutta vähän värkkäämistä aina lukittaessa.

Pros: Jardin et son patio Logement propre et bien aménagé Bonne literie La gentillesse du propriétaire L emplacement idéal tramway à côté pour aller en ville ou aéroport en 10 minutes

Paradise in Nice

Pros: Location is superb, quiet but very accessible by way of the tram line just one minute walk from their gate. Comfortable bed, closets, very functional kitchen, good electronics and bathroom. Nothing is forgotten or ignored.

A pochi passi da una sala da biliardo

Pros: Ottima posizione a 2 passi dall’aeroporto, fermata del tram di fronte e centro raggiungibile a piedi in un’ora circa lungo il mare. Molto gradito il parcheggio privato appena fuori dal cancello. Appartamento ampio, giardino ben curato e zona silenziosa. Cucina con microonde, zona a induzione e lavastoviglie. Supermercato e sala da biliardo nei pressi. Host molto disponibile.

Pros: Très bon accueil. Logement propre et très bien équipé. L'emplacement à proximité du tram nous a permis de nous déplacer très facilement en évitant même de louer une voiture.
