Pros: House is quite narrow street and easy to go the city centre with metro.we parked our car in front of the house and free parking place. Every thing is clean .bathroom is fine and towels are clean and new

Cons: The house is garden flat.pool is not clean enought. Th house smell moisture but aircondition system is good

Pros: Very nice and quiet location right next to the Tram going into the City and all attratctions. The host gave us many valuable tips and everything from checkin, parking in front of the appartment and checkout was very easy.

Pros: We liked everything: the location of the accommodation near the embankment and the beach, the layout for four people, the hostess is very welcoming and responsive. We were worried about the proximity of the airport, but the planes did not bother us at all, we did not hear them. All rooms have air conditioners, there is everything you need in terms of everyday life. Excellent accommodation. I hope to come back here again.

Pros: Świetne miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji – blisko wszystkiego, a jednocześnie spokojnie i komfortowo. Apartament jest przestronny, bardzo wygodne łóżka, dużo miejsca do przechowywania i wszystko, czego potrzeba do pobytu – naprawdę niczego tam nie brakuje. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem – szybkie odpowiedzi, pełna pomoc i elastyczność, co ogromnie doceniamy. Latem dodatkowym atutem jest ogród i basen – my byliśmy w grudniu, więc nie mieliśmy okazji z nich korzystać, ale zdecydowanie podnoszą atrakcyjność obiektu. Miejsce zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny – chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

Cons: Jedynym minusem była specyfika zapachu w mieszkaniu, prawdopodobnie związana ze starymi murami, oraz kwestia czystości, ale nie wpłynęły na ogólne, bardzo dobre wrażenia.

Pros: Dom jest zlokalizowany blisko lotniska i dworca St Augustin, do najbliższej plaży też jest blisko. Wokół apartamentu znajduje się kameralny niewielki ogród z basenem. Wszystko to sprawia miłą atmosferę, Apartament jest urządzony w stylu kolonialnym. Przed domem jest możliwość zaparkowania samochodu.

Cons: W ogrodzie jest mały bajzel, przydało by się czasami go uprzątnąć.

Pros: Das Apartment hat einen wunderbaren Charme. Gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und klimatisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Grossen Dank an Pasquale. Top Lage, ruhig, nah am Flughafen und perfekt gelegen an der Tram Haltestelle, von dort kommt man überall hin.

Agreable petite maison

Pros: La maison est tout près des transports en commun, on peut laisser la voiture et aller au centre de Nice en tram. La maison est très agréable et la piscine est vraiment un plus . Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires pour y passer quelques jours de vacances. La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre aux questions.

Cons: L'appartement est au sous sol d'une maison et on ressent un peu d'humidité.

Pros: Superbe villa, bien situé proche de la promenade des anglais Tramway au bout de l'impasse Nous avons était très très bien accueilli

Pros: L'emplacement , 1 mn à pied du tramway, 10 mins de la plage , 5 mins d1 grand intermarché Les grandes chambres , salle de bain moderne . L' accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires . Le cadre verdoyant.

Cons: Il faudrait revoir aux ustensiles de cuisine . Manque quelques accessoires

Pros: Les chambres sont spacieuses , et nous avons été bien reçu par la propriétaire des lieux.

Cons: Problème pour se garer dans l'impasse, il n'y a guère de places disponibles.
