Pros: Great location and facilities. Staff was also very helpful

Pros: Great location, great soundproofing, spacious and comfortable, quality renovation, large TV and good wifi.

Cons: No extractor in the kitchen. Maintenance and concierge/landlord response not up to level of fees: missing tableware, no response to report of issue of smell linked to sinks/pipes or to problem with iron - admittedly not life and death issues

Pros: Fantastic location, nice private space, brilliant wifi!

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. Limpio.Insonoro.Aire acondicionado. Equipación cocina bien y baño bien. Servicio de toallas y ropa de cama (no fundas almohadas). Dejaron pastilla jabón manos, bolsas basura, estropajo y limpia vajillas.

Cons: Éramos 4 personas y dejaron 2 toallas. Faltó un trapo para limpiar. Tener en cuenta cosas que ya se encuentren deterioradas antes de entrar (mando aire acondicionado, un cajón del lavabo, las tablas del somier...). Fianza de 500€.

Pros: Ottima posizione centrale, vicina a mezzi pubblici che collegano l'aeroporto

Cons: Ho trovato non facile la procedura della consegna delle chiavi che avviene tramite una key box collocata in una strada distante dieci minuti a piedi, non lontana ma a saperlo prima anziché attendere il messaggio per il check in fuori del portone della struttura mi sarei già diretto all'indirizzo di ritiro. C'è stato un altro inconveniente riguardante le chiavi non essendo disponibile una seconda copia (eravamo in quattro); considerato che la porta dell'appartamento avendo una maniglia esterna se non si danno le mandate rimane aperta quando qualcuno usciva la sera per poi rientrare tardi doveva chiudere gli altri all'interno.

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal, serviettes et draps fournis, grand frigo.

Cons: Le ménage assez moyen. L'aspirateur dégageait une odeur désagréable.

Pros: La ubicación, cerca de todo. Muy fácil el check in y check out.

Spacious, fully equipped apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment is really spacious and clean. It was fully equipped: washing machine, AC in both rooms, Nespresso machine, TV, internet, microwave, a large fridge, iron, iron table. The location is perfect: right in the Garibaldi square, next to a lot of restaurants and markets. A big plus are the windows, which perfectly isolate the outdoor noise (being so central, the area is very busy and therefore, noisy). There was a construction site right in front of the building (they are re-paving the road in front and creating a bicycle lane), but that didn't interfere with our sleep, as long as the windows were closed. First floor, so easy access with luggage. Plenty of storage space also. The bathroom was really large and tidy. More than enough toilet papers, towels and toiletries. All in all, a great stay in the heart of Nice.

Cons: There was a bad smell when we arrived which persisted for half a day. We managed to get rid of it by keeping the bathroom window open and buying a room deodorizer. The building doesn't have (or at least we didn't found them) its own trash bins, so we had to look for bins outside the street to throw the trash.
