the apartment has a very good location, amazing view to the observatory, closed to the down town and to the English emba

Pros: the apartments have a very good location close to the sea to the old town, the way to English embankment is through the beautiful port, a magical view from the window to the mountain

Cons: There are no bedside tables in this one.

Really good apartment for a few nights near to the centre of Nice

Pros: It was a cozy, nice apartment near to the port. The place was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that we have coffee but we suggest to add some basic ingredients, eg. sugar. There is a nice bakery near the apartment! It was a bit noisy.

Great located apartment

Pros: A small, compact and comfortable apartment in a great location with everything you need for a relaxing stay for two. In my opinion, the apartment looks a little bigger in the pictures, but in general it is sufficient for the needs of 2 people. Comfortable bed and pillows, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee capsule machine with all capsules in the kitchen. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Getting and handing over the keys is very easy, I got all the instructions shortly before arrival and was able to check in myself. Nearby is a lot of bars and restaurants.

Pros: Apartamento moderno (remodelado) e com o essencial para passar uns dias em Nice. Localizado a cerca de 3min a pé do Port de Nice e perto de vários restaurantes e pastelarias.

Cons: O prédio está em obras (aparente há bastante tempo que está assim) o que torna o primeiro impacto bastante negativo uma vez que não fomos avisados desta situação. Apartamento mais pequeno do que parecia nas fotos. Não há elevador.
