EZE Roc (Monaco)

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of Eze village, and it also offers free parking which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. During my stay, I accidentally stained the pillowcase due to a sudden nosebleed, but the host was very understanding and did not blame me at all. I truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Eze.

Really nice, we would have loved to stay longer.

Pros: Extremely convenient and well placed. I liked the way the flat was decorated. Beds were good too. Also was nice that the flat was fully equipped. Host was extremely kind, clear explanation and very supportive, a huge thank you to him!

Cons: Unpleasant smell from the shower, related to local water evacuation. Main door which was really hard to open from outside; I had to try several times but finally succeed.

Pros: Excellent stay.😉 The apartment is very well located. 20 minutes from Monaco. And 30 minutes from Nice. It has stores very close. Apartment with 1 bed and a convertible sofa Ideal for small families. Very quiet. Very comfortable. It has everything you need. Private parking. The owner is always attentive, constant communication and very friendly.

Pros: location was within a stone's throw of the old town shops cafes restaurants etc. the host was always ready to help. the living area was more than adequate

Cons: the bedroom was too small, with the bed up against the wall on one side making it hard for an older person to get in and out of bed. the living area was more than adequate.

Cons: la vaisselle à compléter : pas de tasse, seulement 2 Mugs (nous étions 3) qui étaient trop grands pour pouvoir utiliser la machine à café la serrure de la porte d'entrée très difficile à ouvrir (ainsi que celle des toilettes) les voisins bruyants la nuit jusqu'à 2h du mat (isolation de l'immeuble)

I had a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und Abstecher nach Nizza und Monaco. Das Appartement ist klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Gastgeber war immer problemlos zu erreichen und bemühte sich über alle Maßen, als ein Problem auftauchte . Er fand rasch und effizient eine Lösung.

Für uns für den UTMB optimal.

Pros: Voll ausgestattetes Appartement. Küche, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Balkon, Wäscheständer, alles da was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr ruhig. Waren dort 2 Nächte vor dem UTMB Rennen. Hat alles perfekt gepasst. Super freundlicher Vermieter!!

Cons: Bad ist offen zum Schlafzimmer. Da ich um 5:00 aufstehen musste, war dann auch die Familie mit wach 🤷. Nur zwei Stühle im Ess-Bereich.

Pros: Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, in 4 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Eze - wunderbar für einen Kurzaufenthalt direkt vor Ort
