GRAND HÔTEL Golden Square 3 min to Beach Green Corridor View AC

Pros: Central location, easy walking to attractions. Tram stop opposite, train station easy to get to. Kitchen well equipped, more than was needed for a 4 day stay.

Cons: Thought we had booked a room with small sitting area - the sofa was the bed! Had I looked more closely at the few pictures I should have realised. However was not clearly indicated.

Pros: Exceptional information and support from the team throughout. Very accommodating from the moment we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and felt very safe throughout our stay.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Lovely modern, clean studio apartment, with easy walk to town and beach.

Pros: We were met at the property and walked through an explanation of everything with a friendly welcome from Naji. It was great to see that Monika had thought of everything we might need. From a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, and umbrellas. We loved the modern clean lines and furnishings in the apartment. It is all quite compact but well designed and with nice homely touches, but yet spacious. We really appreciated the welcome treats like the wine and chocolates and fresh coffee. The whole apartment was very clean and smelt fresh with lots of fresh towels and toiletries. The air conditioning and everything worked well and with the window open, there is a picturesque green view of the park and Old Town beyond. Around the corner a little supermarket and nice coffee shop. The neighbourhood is smart and felt safe.

Perfect Nice Apartment

Pros: We loved this apartment stay in Nice! Perfect size for us and so neat and tidy. It was in the perfect location, in walking distance from everything! Old town in just across the park. The gentleman that let us in was lovely too. Would stay again.

Pros: good location, not far to the beach, surrounded by many restautants. the shower facility perfect, and equipped quite enough

Cons: mattress could be more comfortable, while it's actually an invisible rollaway bed

Pros: We loved everything. Especially the attention to smallest details, cleanliness. We felt like just be in someone home. It is hard to describe the warm feeling we had.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, next to the seaside, city center and old town. The place itself is wonderful) The staff was very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than usual and if we had any questions, we got replies promptly.

The property met our expectations, and the staff was extremely helpful, and attentive to our needs.

Pros: The staff met us upon arrival and made sure we had what we needed. There were some refreshments for us, which were appreciated, and we were given ideas where to eat. The property is a short walk to old town, and the apartment has modern finishes, and air conditioning.... that was very important due to the unseasonable heat during our stay.

Weekend visit to Nice

Pros: Finding somewhere decent in Nice is not cheap, but compared with other properties and hotels this flat is great value for money. The location is fantastic, the staff were helpful, welcoming and accommodating, and the flat is very well appointed. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Nothing! Everything was great.
