Excellent location, a perfectly decent place to stay
Pros: Location was excellent in a busy part of Nice very easy to get to the tram, local restaurants and the old town. The air-conditioning was quiet and kept the place nicely warm in mid-winter, the bed had memory foam mattresses, which may not be to every taste, but worked well for us. The washing machine was much appreciated - it did a perfectly good job. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen areas looked decent and the fridge was a useful size. Wi-Fi worked just fine.
Cons: Nothing major, but a few points for completeness: Looks into a large courtyard space made up by the back-sides of other adjacent apartment buildings which is not exactly an appealing view, but then again, that wasn't a selling point either. The hot water system struggled with capacity if we were a little too extravagant with our showers and there was sound from some sort of construction work outside leaking in from a closed vent in the bedroom wall, which I suspect could be easily addressed. Has a tiled floor throughout - probably fine in summer, but a rug or mat might be a simple addition to make it a bit cosier in winter.

Perfect location and well equipped apartment
Pros: I loved the location and overall the layout of the apartment! It was well equipped with everything I needed and more. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!
Cons: I couldn’t find any flaws in my week staying here.

Great location and close to transportation options
Pros: The location was perfect for our visit during Carnival. Close to all the activities and central to everything we wanted to do.
Cons: The walk into the courtyard at night was dark, but we used the light on our phones to see were we were going.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Nice! The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything including public transport, great restaurants, shops, the beach, old town and all the main places of interest. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond and very helpful with local tips. Highly recommended — we’d happily stay here again! We found a parking garage 10 mins walk for about €16 a day, but there are closer ones, just more pricey!

Pros: Расположение квартиры очень удобное, лучше не придумать. Было близко к основным достопримечательностям, морю, английской набережной, магазинам (продуктовым и бутикам с одеждой), остановке трамвая, вокзалу, кафе и ресторанам. Все в пешей доступности. Лучше расположения не придумать. В квартире есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, удобная кровать, кондиционер (у нас он 2 раза работал на обогрев, так как было прохладно в апреле), нормальный интернет (скорости хватало и для работы и посмотреть фильм), чистая постель и полотенца. Хозяин быстро отвечал на все вопросы, очень вежливый. Общение было приятным.
Cons: Чистота квартиры - все было некритично, но тут можно чуть лучше. Например, мы покупали губку для мытья посуды, так как была использованная только. Не хватило пакетов для мусора, так же купили. Местами была пыль и когда мы только заехали, то был застоявшийся запах. Также перемывали чашки. Для нас это было некритично. При этом моющих средств было достаточно. Уборку делали сами.
