Studio refait neuf Centre-ville

Pros: Location was excellent. We really enjoyed the balcony and having our morning coffee in the sun! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Cons: The only thing I would change is the sofa bed as it’s a wee bit hard, but not a major. And the shower overflows after just a few minutes.

Great studio perfect for a solo traveller

Pros: Great facilities and very clean. The sofa bed is comfortable and the balcony is lovely. The host is responsive and kind.

Cons: The location is superb, close to all shops and local attractions. But if you are a light sleeper, the noise from traffic might be a little problem

Lovely apartment, will definitely recommend

Pros: Beautiful studio flat, just what you need for a short stay. Balcony with view at the basilica. Very clean and tidy, perfect location

Cons: Bed not too comfortable but OK for 2 nights

Pros: The studio location is amazing, it was close to the train station, the tram station and on the main boulevard with all the shops. It was clean and the balcony was a great asset. Information on how to get the key was clear and it was easy to locate the building.

Cons: The sofa bed is uncomfortable, this is the reason I couldn't offer a 10 score.

Great place, Terrible bed

Pros: Well located bright clean apartment. Small but has everything you need. Clever design in the bathroom. Balcony with a gorgeous view for sunrises

Cons: The fold out sofa bed needs to go. We had the most uncomfortable sleep in our 3 month trip. We contemplated sleeping on the floor.

Our stay at the studio was great Ani was very accomodating and the unit was very tidy and cozy.

Pros: The property was very tidy and clean. It was very useful that it included a washing machine and clothes airer. On arrival we met Ani’s mum with the keys and she was very kind and helpful even though she couldn’t speak English. The location is very good.

Pros: Очень дешево для такой локации, идеально для отдыха. Балкон для курящих с идеальным видом! Очень уютно для 1-2 человек. Кухня супер уютная, удобно готовить еду дома. Есть холодильник

Cons: Нет фена, кондиционера, вайфая

Parfait séjour de 4 jours à Nice

Pros: Appartement charmant et bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare, 10/15 de la plage et 20 du centre historique. Beaucoup de magasins à proximité immédiate pour les amateurs de shopping. La propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et arrangeante et m'a permis d'ajuster mes horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Mention spéciale pour le petit balcon avec une vue superbe sur la cathédrale !

Cons: Pas de cafetière sur place (elle a été cassée par un précédent locataire de l'appartement, dommage...). La propriétaire m'a recommandé le coffee-shop Malongo juste en face dans la rue qui fait un excellent café sur place ou à emporter et qui fournit une excellente solution de remplacement !

Świetny pobyt

Pros: Studio jest dobrze wyposażone, w kuchni można przyrządzić trochę prostych potraw (są garnki, patelnie itd. Dokupiliśmy sól i pieprz). Lokalizacja jest dobra, przy wejściu jest lokal z dobrymi burrito. Bardzo blisko znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy. Stan pokoju jest super. Wszystko jest w dobrym stanie, było bardzo czysto. Z balkonu jest bardzo ładny widok. Blisko znajduje się dobra piekarnia w której byliśmy gośćmi prawie codziennie. Bardzo polecam :)

Cons: Przydałby się większy kosz na śmieci. Na nasz pobyt ten okazał się za mały. W kuchni nie było płynu do mycia naczyń.
