Good location, very clean

Pros: Very clean, you have everything you need, very good location, very good communication with host.

Cons: The pillow can be better and more comfortable.

I had a lovely stay!

Pros: I liked that it was very central easy to get to the beach and close to the trainstation with a wonderful view :)

Cons: The bedsofa is as comfortable as a bedsofa, in my opinion it would be better with a bed instead of a sofa since we never put away the ”bed” and more comfortable, overall good :)

Pros: If u want to feel the real life of Nice take this studio..the view is fantastic..u are central and free to vizit all Nice around!

Good stay, lovely city, could be noisy, but would stay again

Pros: Central location but that did mean it could be noisy with cathedral bells and tram bells. Clean room and easy to find. Everything you need in the room for self catering

Cons: Could be noisy Needed some pillow options for bed, all very big from the pull out bed

Great central location, with very accommodating hosts

Pros: This apartment is in a terrific location, you walk out the door and everything is at your doorstep. Within walking distance to tourist sites and beaches. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Pros: the interior was very well designed and looked great and the view from the balcony was amazing

Great location, beautiful views

Pros: Amazing Location. Very central and around a 15 minute walk to the beach. Apartment had everything in we needed, apart from a kettle. Apartment itself is lovely, great views of the cathedral. Great communication from owners who answered all messages. The tram runs all the time and is right outside the apartment so it can be quite loud especially when it is beeping the horns and the cathedral bells go off every 30 minutes. This did not bother us as all part of the experience and I would definitely stay here again

Cons: Sofa bed isn't the most comfortable and is quite squeaky. Apartment could use a kettle to make hot drinks. The tram is right outside so can be quite noisy and the cathedral bells go off every 30 minutes. Lift broke for 1 day but this was the buildings responsibility and not the apartment itself, however apartment is on 5th floor and there's 3 lots of stairs per floor so 15 lots of stairs to walk up. Not the best for someone who struggles with mobility. This was however fixed within 24 hours.

Very nice. I would come to the same appartment if coming back to Nice.

Pros: Location is very good, near the railway station and at walking distance from the beach. The appartment is excellent.

Cons: No complaints. The appartment exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Gera lokacija, visai šalia tramvajų stotelės, maisto parduotuvės, kepyklos, kavinės, traukinių stotis ir t.t. Nesudėtingas raktų perdavimas (iš anksto gauni apatinių durų kodą, o prie buto durų yra raktų dėžutė). Butas 5 aukšte, bet yra liftas. Puikus vaizdas iš balkono. Studija nedidelė, bet yra visko, ko gali prireikti trumpai viešnagei.

Cons: Prastai veikė televizija, kaip fonas būtų netrukdęs. Teko naudoti Youtube. Butas yra trukšmingoje gatvėje, todėl naktį naudojome ausų kamštukus

Świetna lokalizacja - piękny widok z balkonu i kilka kroków do wielu kawiarni oraz restauracji.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja z doskonałym widokiem na katedrę i bliskością przyjemnych kawiarni oraz restauracji.

Cons: Nie mam uwag.
