Nice appartment great located

Pros: Great location close to the beach, bakeries and tram/bus station. Nice atmosphere of the old building. The owner shared very precise advise on accomodation.

Great place, feels like home

Pros: It was 5min walk to tram, 7min walk to beach. There were nice beach restaurants in 15-20 min walking distance. There is a nice bakery in 5min walk. Supermarkets, pharmacy on your way to beach. 15 min away from airport by tram. Host is super helpful. I liked the terrace. House is very comfortable with AC, it is renovated. It felt like home.

Cons: There could be shampoo.

Lovely place in an excellent location with very secure parking

Pros: Apartment is lovely. Kitchen good, sofa comfy and an excellent seperate bedroom. Great Aircon. Nice was very hot! Parking excellent. Safety of gated community welcome. So close to the beach and the Promenade d'Anglais which was good. Easy access to local shops and the tram into Nice cheap and easy to use.

Cons: Noisy neighbours. Walls are paper thin. Host forgot to leave the keys! Very quickly sorted out and host was very helpful. It is expensive to stay anywhere in Nice so the apartment felt expensive for what you got but probably wasn't.
