Great spacious apartment
Pros: The apartment was very nice, spacious, and clean. Very nice terrace and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: There was nothing we disliked. It is more as an advise. The sofa bed in the living room is uncomfortable to sleep on as you can feel the wooden bedframe.

Pros: Beautiful design as new and lovely. Beautiful lemon tree outside. Quiet area. Free parking. Full of kitchen stuff. Shower water is very good power.
Cons: Miss kitchen paper. The double bed is a bit small, but the mattress is comfortable. The sofa bed is a bit too soft and also not set up. But we can set ourselves. Wifi is slow, but it's ok.

Lovely well equipped apartment with parking.
Pros: Nicely decorated apartment -with washing machine, dish washer and microwave. Choose the apartment as it had a parking space right outside, which was large enough to fit our VW van in, a real bonus in Nice.
Cons: Not many restaurants nearby - but there was a supermarket in walking distance and take away pizza place and boulangerie. The apartment was a reasonable distance from the centre of Nice but there is a tram stop close by. Alternatively it was a nice walk down the promenade to the centre but hot walk in July !

Very nice spacious apartment, good location and parking.
Pros: Plenty of space in apartment, and bright, good security, nice washing machine and space to dry clothes outside. Great parking space. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Only a small comment: Beautiful lime tree has taken over the decking, so could be cut back a bit to give more space to walk. Please put some wine glasses in the apartment :)

Good place. Recommend.
Pros: It was a nice and comfty stay. We enijoyed the place. Beach nearby wasnt't the best tho. Everything else was great.
Cons: Google Maps led us to a wrong gate where the entrance code did not work, so it took time to get in because we had no idea there were several gates.

Great apartment to relax
Pros: Location location location. Close o the tram and beach. In a safe residential area The apartment was big enough for 3 adults. We struggled with operating the air-condition but eventually managed

Pros: Apartament bardzo ładny, zadbany. Świetna lokalizacja. Wiele udogodnień i dobrze przemyślane miejsce. Mi i mojej rodzince podobało się bardzo ! Dziękujemy:)
Cons: Francuskie wino w szklankach nie smakowało tak dobrze ;) przydałyby się kieliszki. W instrukcji zabrakło dla mnie dokładnej wskazówki dotyczącej umiejscowienia skrytki (czy po przejściu przez furtkę, czy przy apartamencie - taka wskazówka wiele by ułatwiła). Poza powyższym - polecam.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello e con tutto ciò che serve
Cons: Se non si ha la carta di credito si è fregati Solo dopo aver versato la caparra di euro 500 ti inoltrano i codici per accedere. Devono specificare bene e metterlo in evidenza prima che le persone prenotano. Questo è un mio consiglio

Pros: L' appartamento é davvero bellissimo e arredato con cura..terrazzo molto carino...con un bel albero di limone 🍋..parcheggio sotto casa davvero molto comodo..proprietà sicura in una struttura privata..siamo stati davvero bene...ringrazio di nuovo l'agenzia per la comprensione sul problema della cauzione...

Très bon séjour reposant dans un beau logement agréable
Pros: Le pavillon est très beau, bien rénové, joliment décoré , bien équipé , avec une terrasse plaisante, dans un secteur très calme . C’est très agréable de passer une séjour dans ce logement
Cons: La difficulté à trouver le logement à l’arrivée, surtout de nuit et sous la pluie, avec un portail qui ne fonctionnait pas et l’impossibilité de joindre quelqu’un
