Studio à louer au cœur du Carré d or à Nice

Apart from it been very small, it was convenient for us.

Pros: Short walk to the sea front, old town and train station. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Quite small. Bedroom was very tight, the mattress is close to the ceiling. Bathroom is very small and the stairs is very steep

Perfect for a few days exploring Nice - cosy and fun to stay in.

Pros: Great location in a beautiful old building, very close to the main pedestrian zone and easy walking distance from everything. A well equipped little kitchen and fantastic shower.

Cons: - It was a shock at first how very compact it is, but was actually great for 2 of us to co-habit for a few nights.

Really lovely flat in a great location

Pros: The flat was a great size and the kitchen was useful to store and make some food. It is in a great location close to the beach and nice old town.

Cons: The loft bed did have enough space which from previous reviews I was a bit worried about the only thing that was a bit tricky was the fact that the last step is quite big which made climbing up the bed a bit difficult.

Pros: The location of the property, it's in a quiet location, 2 minute walk into the centre.

Cons: The steps to the sleeping area, I didn't realise when I booked the final last step to get to the bed. It's not possible to step up the step and have to crawl from this step to the bed.

Great place, great host, can’t recommend enough

Pros: The location was ideal. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help us with any issues. The room exactly as shown on photos. I would 100% book this place again on my next trip to Nice.

Pros: Location Washing machine available (although no detergent)

Cons: Not easy \
