Pros: Views, air con, spacious accom, washing machine. 2 outdoor dining areas, 2 bathrooms, pool, great communication with host before & during stay

Cons: Aggressive resident women shouting from her balcony at pool users for having fun in the pool who offended at least 4 families. Having no shower gel. 3 Sun beds & 2 chairs only by the pool.

Great property, great view and a great short break with the family.

Pros: An ideal apartment for family or friends. Very spacious, well proportioned, light and airy & very well fitted out. Great facilities such as the pool, gym and parking. To top it off it has spectacular views of Nice.

Cons: As we didn’t have a car it was a bit too far out, however, Uber’s were prompt and offered good value. Unfortunately, there didn’t appear to be any local shops or restaurants.

Excellent apartment with great views.

Pros: The location was great. The apartment was excellent. Fantastic views. The staff were very accommodating to an early check-in.

Cons: The only advice I would give is to allow the bedroom temperature to be lowered below 23 degrees on the air con. It was too warm for me, and opening the doors to outside let the mosquitoes in!

A good choice for a larger family or a group of friends.

Pros: Modern, clean, ample facilities, stunning views, couldn’t ask for more

Cons: Not a negative but a suggestion, it would have been useful if the hosts contact was in English rather than French. I used google translate and it would have been more efficient and better service if the host had done the same

Pros: Apartment was large, bright and clean. Air conditioning fantastic! Beds extremely comfortable and it was a very quiet place. Front balcony and a rear one, amazing views. Pool was clean and calm to be around. Apartment was well stocked with everything and relaxing to be in.

Cons: It's on a long and sometimes steep hill. 25 mins walk to the Promenade des Anglais and an hour to the Old Town. My advice is use Uber, they were about 16 Euros to the Old Town - leg saver!

Pros: Le ++ : la vue sublime sur la baie de Nice. Le parking souterrain (pas de souci pour trouver une place de stationnement) La proximité immédiate de la ligne de bus 10 qui nous rapproche grandement du centre de Nice.

Que du bonheur

Pros: Parfait avec une vue splendide. Résidence très calme avec parking sécurisé De grands espaces avec des équipements de qualité et une décoration moderne

Cons: Attention à la largeur du parking très étroit mais c'est partout comme ça dans le SUD. Mais il faut un véhicule en correspondance. Moi j'avais un Renault CAPTUR.

Pros: 房子雖離老城區約10分鐘車程，但位於寧靜的高級住宅區，有非常棒的view可以看到地中海灣，而且房子各項設備，家具都非常典雅，乾淨且齊全，還有很棒的免費私人停車位，我們全家在尼斯渡過非常溫馨，舒服的假期。
