Peaceful week at modern apartment.

Pros: Very modern, looked new. Large bathroom, 2 sinks.Modern cooker and dishwasher. Good clothes machine.Good size fridge and freezer. Large balconies.Quiet neighbouring area.Easy parking underneath apt block.Glad we had hire car. Sitting out at front of apt as only shade at balcony. Very Very secure place. Overall a nice peaceful week.

Cons: Very Small points; After comjng up from garage in lift, No marking on metal doors to indicate to go outside to find the actual apt, could have been easier but we arrived close to midnight and were tired. These metal doors could have had rubber strips on inside to avoid banging, we felt bad for making noise to neighbours. We got notified ,no air con for first 5 days, (not owners fault)..so we bought an electric fan from Carrefour , so could sleep. We bought cushions for outdoor chair as my back couldn't take it. Small things missing, we thought would be provided: no salt/pepper,cooking oil,no dishwasher tablets or wash machine soap. We are used to finding these at apt we rent in Europe and replenish if used.We bought and left for next renters.

Pros: View, apartment, area, contact person was very helpful

Cons: The procedure of getting inside- outside to the parking gave as a really hard time because the keys we were given weren't functionable. The second thing is the counter of the kitchen was full of ads the moment we have entered the apartment.

Fantastic!

Pros: Really nice and newly build apartment. Modern and clean in a very calm area. We had a car but the local bus had a stop right outside the building. This apartment have everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped. The view was amazing from both balconies. We were very pleased with our stay.

Cons: Some neighbors in the building (that lived there permanent) complained to both us and others who rented apartments in the building. They did not like to have vacation renters in the building and let us know that. We can understand their view but I think that is an internal discussion between apartment owners if it should be aloud or not to rent out. Anyway, I would not let this stop me from booking this fantastic apartment.

We really loved the views over Nice and the cosy apartment.

Pros: Views were amazing for being high up on the hill. The buses were very easy to navigate, you can get a 7 day pass for all city buses and the tram for only 20€. You can download an app to your phone which you use to pay for each bus and tram so very easy, especially if you're not so confident the language. The pool was also lovely and we mostly got it to ourselves. The apartment is also well set up for cooking with lots of pots, pans and utensils.

Cons: Maybe wait a few months until the building works are completed. We were woken up every morning at 9am with very loud drilling right above our bedroom as they finished off the apartments upstairs. It looked as though they were near completion so we maybe got the last of the disruption but it was annoying all the same. The balconies could also have been a bit cleaner. We swept and sprayed the balconies before using them and it doesn't seem they are part of their cleaning regime.

Pros: nice view from both terraces, calm neighborhood, everything is the same as shown on the pictures, no problem to communicate with owner...

Pros: La piscine, la vue, le fait que l’appartement soit moderne, c’est une résidence calme.

Cons: Propreté à revoir, évier bouché et saleté dans la douche

Magnifique séjour. La piscine était superbe. ( sauf la dame qui habite juste à côté et était très dérangée par le bruit

Pros: Très bon appartement. Bien aménagé, spacieux, avec une très belle vue sur toute la Nice. 😍

Cons: Il manque des petits détails dans la cuisine, comme sel/ poivre. C’est pas obligatoire mais aurait été très bien dans notre cas ))

Pros: Ładny apartament, widok był przepiękny i obsługa cudowna, bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna.

Leuke locatie om ook wat rust te hebben op je vakantie.

Pros: Het gebouw werd heel goed onderhouden. Zeer proper zwembad. Appartement was ok. Locatie iets minder. Het was een heel stuk wandelen voordat je aan het strand was. Natuurlijk goed op te lossen met Uber. Aangezien er s avonds laat geen bussen rijden. De ontvangst was ook goed geregeld, Anouk stond ons op te wachten bij aankomst.

Pros: Un appartement très agréable, propre avec une vue superbe !
