Good location near the train station

Pros: Good location near the train station. Cosy and clean apartment. There is everything you need

Great place for a short stay.

Pros: Close to Vauban bus station and Nice Riquier train station. It's possible to walk to the old town, takes about 30 minutes. Has a balcony although the view is of a petrol station. The shower was super. Clean and comfortable

Cons: Smelt slightly of stale smoke which disappeared when the doors had been open a while.

Pros: La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, lavatrice, cucina con accessori, macchina Café microonde, ferro da stiro ecc fermate dei bus sotto casa e fermata TER a 5 min a piedi.

Cons: Il letto matrimoniale è abbastanza piccolo, la struttura non è al centro di Nizza e neanche vicino alle spiagge più belle, di sera inoltre è necessario chiamare taxi o Uber per spostarsi perché i mezzi non ci sono fino a tardi.
