STUDIO- NICE MONT BORON

Pros: Amazing location, with beautiful views just across the street. Convenient bus connections to town, beaches, Monaco. Clean swimming pool available as well. Shop only 3 min walk.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at Mont Boron! The location is superb, offering easy access to Nice and nearby towns. There's a fantastic supermarket within walking distance, which was very convenient. The pool was great, and the room, though small, was clean and equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Cons: A/C could work a bit smoother (sound) but still okay.

Lovely little mezzanine apartment

Pros: Great little apartment with a kitchenette, sofa bed, good bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom. I had a comfortable stay here as a solo traveller and was able to make use of the lovely, very clean pool area. Great location, a walk to the centre/old town of nice, quite hilly but great way to see the area. A lovely part to explore and great rock beaches at this part of the coast, lovely for swimming and sunbathing.

Cons: It would have been good to have some better bedding and sheets, I only had one thin furry blanket and one pillow, with no sheets. Also needed some more coffee.

I will stay there again next time when I in Nice.

Pros: The place was very clean, and staff was very helpful. The place is located on a hill next to some very big houses, and it is ~30mins walk from the city center.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor with no view, and you can see the window view in one of the picture. However, the place has a lot sunlight and make the place very bright and comfortable. Another thing is the distance from city center, but that is price you need to pay if you want a quite neighborhood.

Petit appartement cosy

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Nice. Petit commerce à proximité avec tout le nécessaire requis.

Cons: J'ai suggéré à la propriétaire l'achat de 2-3 articles supplémentaires pour équiper la cuisine. Il faudrait peut-être envisager une clim murale afin que le lit en mezzanine soit également rafraîchi. Sinon séjour très agréable, avec grande piscine où il n'y avait pas foule donc tranquille pour profiter. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Pros: Все очень удобно. Все есть для отдыха. Чистый бассейн, удобная кровать.

Pros: Właścicielka niezmiernie miła. Dopasowała godziny pobytu do naszych lotów. Bardzo miły i pomocny Pan gospodarz domu. Mili sąsiedzi. Wieczorami i w nocy spokój. Było bardzo czysto. Kawa, cukier, przyprawy. Mikrofala, czajnik, ekspres, żelazko no po prostu wzzystko co potrzeba. Sporo poduszek i koców. Czysty basen. Przystanek autobusowy pod samymi drzwiami. Blisko Carrefour i morze.

Cons: Nic mi nie przychodzi do głowy

Pros: Appartement cosy dans un bel environnement. Je recommande

Pros: Przede wszystkim bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Atut mówi po polsku. Połączenie komunikacyjne w miastem świetne. Jeździ autobus linii 98 i 30 do portu. Mieszkanie jest oddalone od centrum jakieś 3km, wiec spokój w nocy. Jakieś 200m od obiektu jest market Carrefour, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony. Generalnie polecam ten obiekt.

Cons: Mieszkanko super, lecz niestety małe. Opisywany basen na terenie obiektu, raczej był cały czas zamknięty.
