Pros: Modern and cozy apartment, recently refurbished. It features two balconies with views: one overlooking the sea and the other offering a glimpse of the city. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to hiking paths in Mont Boron park. There's a Carrefour and a pharmacy right across the street, and a pizza place next door.

Cons: Street noise when the windows are open on that side, and occasional difficulty finding nearby parking.

Pros: The apartment was just perfect. It had everything you needed. The accommodation was super chill, located on the hill, and very close to the center. A 7-minute walk from Coco Beach, the best beach we've seen in Nice.. The bus station was right in front of the house, with Carrefour and a Lime bicycle station next to the building. We enjoyed staying in this apartment and highly recommend it.

Pros: The apartment is excellent in size and clean. It has all the kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine and an iron. The bathroom is excellent and there is no noise. Next to it is Carrefour Market.

Cons: There is no private parking and the bed is small and uncomfortable.

Pros: L'appartement est décoré avec goût et il était propre à mon arrivée. Son emplacement est exceptionnel sur le mont Boron. Il y a un petit supermarché en face du logement d'où il est possible de réserver une voiture de location ou louer un vélo. Plusieurs bus passent régulièrement pour se rendre à Nice ou longer la côte vers Saint Jean Cap Ferrat voire Menton

Eine tolle Unterkunft in idealer Lage, mit sehr guter Ausstattung bis auf das Bett.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nespresso-Maschine und der kleine sonnige Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Lage ist zudem optimal. Es fahren mehrere Busse in jeweils Richtung Nizza und Monaco.

Cons: Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Matratze vom Bett. Hier würde es sich lohnen, eine etwas bessere Matratze anzuschaffen.

Pros: Sauber, modern eingerichtet, gute Lage, ruhig.alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons: Matratze war schlecht

Pros: Emplacement au top. Très bon feeling avec l'appartement, bien équipé, très agréable. Cuisine complète. Incroyable chemin du littoral à découvrir. Très bon contact avec Alexandre. Une mini terrasse qui fait un excellent job !!

Cons: Quelque peu bruyant.
