L'Essentiel à Nice

Excellent apartment, I would highly recommend.

Pros: We only spent one night here but the apartment was beautifully maintained and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. They allowed us an early check in and also offered to look after our bags after check out so as we could spend another day exploring Nice without dragging our bags around.

Cons: Nothing, it was a lovely apartment.

Love the stay and I hope that very soon I will be able to get back to Nice!

Pros: The location was fabulous located on Mont Boron with view to sea, port Lympia and palm trees and surroundings. Each morning was a celebration to hear the chirping of the local birds and open the windows and admire the view! Another thing I really liked was the location's esthetics, lots of historic splendid villas and a quiet neighborhood.I am sensitive to noise and looked for a quiet location. Owners were above and beyond to help me when needed so they even bought dinner for me on the arrival day, from the local Carrefour supermarket which is close by, perhaps 10 mins of walking.

Cons: Did not expect the poor soundproofing of the apartment..Not owners' fault, the old villa's feature..But the families and people living there were decent and perhaps aware of this trying to keep noise level down.

Absolutely brilliant. We would stay again!

Pros: Our host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property had everything we could have asked for and was extremely comfortable and clean.

Pros: Everything, the place was clean and the owners were very friendly, the balcony has the most amazing atmosphere and views i have ever seen

Pros: Wonderful apartment with beautiful balconny view! Perfect to enjoy breakfast outside in the morning! The coffee machine was well needed!

Cons: It felt a bit unsafe to walk home during the night. The shorter path from niceville had little to no lighting. Ofc nothing against the apartment, just something to think about. At the end everything turned out good!

Pros: Nice place to stay for exploring Nice. Complete facilities. It's extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Great view from the window/balcony. The host is very responsive and nice. Thank you very much.

Pros: Velmi pěkná a klidná lokalita, ložnice s nádherným výhledem a hlavně moc pohodlnou postelí. Pan majitel sympatický, předal klíče osobně, vše ukázal a vysvětlil. Měli jsme se tu jako v pohádce. Díky.
