Charming 2 Bdr Old Town

An amazing stay in Nice using this location to explore all the French Riviera has to offer.

Pros: A perfect location and well equipped apartment in the Old town to explore and enjoy Nice. We enjoyed strolling the streets finding restaurants, exploring the markets, sights and visiting the beach. Access to transport and the rest of Nice was very easy.

Cons: Some noise as above restaurants and in amongst the action of the city centre may need to be considered. This didn’t bother us as we loved the atmosphere and everything close by.

Awesome location & nicely equipped apartment.

Pros: Location was perfect in the heart of the old town. The apartment was fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tv with access to apps to stream, and a little welcome pack on arrival.

Cons: The steps up to the apartment are very steep. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be done.

Pros: Great location, clean and spacious apartment, good facilities

Cons: Although it was lovely to be nestled above the local shops, the 2 flights of marble stairs was very difficult with luggage.

Pros: The property was beautifully decorated, spacious, beds were comfy and it was in a perfect location. The property had good facilities - especially the shower which was hot and powerful.

Cons: 1. It would be better to have a key locker closer to or at the location. 2. The front bedroom needs a blackout curtain. The lights from the street are very bright during the night and the room doesn't get dark. Also, whoever stays in that room needs ear plugs as the noise from the street can be heard until late.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Location was superb. Apartment was a lovely mix of old and new. The pictures don't do it justice, as it looks really modern but it has lovely old features of the original building. Full of lots of mod cons which make the apartment a great stay. We have stayed in a few apartments in the old town now and this was by far the best. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has a towel warmer which was very handy. Washing machine worked well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher too.

Cons: While these are not negative points for us as we really enjoy the things that go with staying in the old town, it is possible that certain aspects might not be suitable for all. Such as: steep steps up to the apartment ( no lift), can be noisy outside in the morning. There are a number of bars and restaurants downstairs which can be quite noisy. Although, great for a nightcap.

A fabulous holiday and we would definitely come back again

Pros: Location and amenities were fantastic. The apartment was very clean and comfortable

Cons: The stairs were a little difficult for my elderly mother but other everything was perfect

Pros: Great location in Old Town, first floor apartment.

Cons: A lamp was broken in the bathroom, the door was a little hard to unlock upon arrival and it wasnt very soundproof towards the stairway. But it will not put us off renting this excellent apartment again.

Absolutely loved this apartment - will come again!

Pros: Fantastic apartment - so cute and clean. The host met us on-site and even carried our heavy suitcase up the steep staircase. Was available on sms for any questions during our stay and always answered within minutes. Location is absolutely perfect in the middle of Old Town Nice.

Cons: HDMI cable to TV to utilise media apps like Netflix etc. We ended up having to buy a USB-C adapter to make it work. But really not a big deal because we didn't travel to Nice to watch TV!

Estada tranquila e agradavel.

Pros: a localização é ótima mas fique atento que terá que subir escada longa e íngrime com malas.

Cons: As escadas da entrada são um problema pra subir com as malas e a descarga do banheiro também não funcionou direito.

Jättenöjd. Vi kommer gärna åter.

Pros: Mysigt boende med perfekt läge i gamla stan och nära till allt. Sköna sängar som vi sov gott i.

Cons: Lite svårt att låsa upp och låsa ytterdörren men vi lärde oss snart efter ett par gånger hur låset fungerade.
