Duplex Élégant au Cœur de Nice

Pros: Labai gera vieta, arti visko ir mums labai tiko, kad apačioje buvo maisto prekių parduotuvė...

Cons: Prie miegojimo antresolėse reikia priprasti 🙂. Labai trūko arbatinuko virtuvėje. Kavos kapsulė buvo tik viena...Virtuvėje viena lemputė perdegus, trūksta šviesos vakare.

Charmant studio très bien équipé et idéalement situé pour un prix très correct.

Pros: La situation géographique par rapport à ma mission professionnelle. La propreté des lieux et les équipements disponibles. La proximité aux commerces. Studio spacieux et silencieux, donc très reposant. La literie est confortable, j'ai très bien dormi. Très important après les journées de travail. La salle de bain est spacieuse et moderne.

Cons: Le fait de ne pas pouvoir éteindre la lumière de l'escalier depuis la mezzanine où se situe la partie nuit. D'avoir dû payer des frais complémentaires pour mon arrivée tardive.

Pros: Bardzo fajne mieszkanie. Czysto, wyremontowana łazienka, bardzo wygodne łóżko, dobra lokalizacja blisko nad morze i na dworzec na dole budynku sklep . Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Serdecznie polecam I chętnie wrócę 🙂

Locatie buna

Pros: Locatie destul de centrala, mai mult am mers pe jos spre zonele de interes. Dotata cam cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Cons: Am dorit mult un fier de calcat pe perioada cazarii, dar nu a fost sa fie

Pros: Quiet apartment on the top floor, great location & comfortable bed. The apartment building has an elevator.

Cons: The apartment is a bit dated and some things should be fixed/replaced, like the broken cupboard (?) next to the front door and the broken showerhead holder. The hairdryer is on its last leg so I'd recommend replacing that as well.

Pros: De ruimte is perfect en ook de locatie is top. Het contact met Alex verloopt absoluut super en de airco werkt zoals het hoort. Je komt binnen en ondanks dat er een hittegolf is, is het er koel. Helaas niet overal. Doordat het bed boven staat, komt de koelte niet helemaal daar waardoor het met slapen jammer genoeg niet zo lekker koel is als beneden bij het leefgedeelte. De nachten zullen normaal meer afkoelen dan tot 30°C in deze hittegolf, dus wellicht is dit met andere temperaturen een heel ander verhaal :)

Pros: Дуже гарне розташування. Поряд магазин продуктів, море, кафе. Ми приїхали раніше- нам пішли назустріч заселили раніше. Дуже сподобалось.

Fijn appartement voor een bezoek aan Nice en de omgeving.

Pros: De locatie was super. Alles dichtbij, vooral de supermarkt bij de ingang is heel handig. Dichtbij het station. Dichtbij het strand. Dichtbij winkels. Contact met de host was ook erg goed. Perfecte locatie voor twee personen in Nice.

Cons: Appartement was goed schoongemaakt, maar enkele kleine details waren minder schoon. Hierdoor voelde het net wat minder. Net die kleine dingen die het afmaken.

Pros: The host was exceptionally nice! The host was really considerate to our requests. The location is also great, in the middle of Nice beach and Nice ville station. everything was so close. The accomodation is way better than the photos. If I visit Nice again, I will definitely book here again.

Pros: Excelente ubicación y muy buena disposición del anfitrión para contemplar nuestras necesidades.

Cons: Las instalaciones del entrepiso tienen medidas ajustadas y pueden no resultar cómodas para todos. Para nosotros no fue un problema.
