Amazing two week stay at Nice

Pros: Perfect location. Awesome view from the windows. I woke up with sunrise, amazing feeling! My communication with host was very nice and helpful, I really appreciate their hospitality. Main bedroom has very big and cosy bed and a balcony with amazing view. Second bedroom has two beds. Kitchen was very good equipped. Apartments are very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very clear and easy.

Pros: The location was great, it was an old building with all modern facilities inside

Cons: The basic furnishings provided - 2 toilet rolls for 4 days for a group of 6 people…same for the toiletries and the kitchen equipment (not even salt and pepper provided in the apartment, 1 tablet for the dish washer, 15ml of dishwasher liquid)

Pros: Very nice place! Excellent view from the balcony. Easy to access city center by tramway. Very nice historic building.

Cons: We found died insects on the floor. Looks like the apartment has not been cleaned before arrival. Wi-Fi not fast and stable enouth for that time.

Highly recommend, clean, a enough room for a family of 4+

Pros: Handy location, it is out of the centre and nearer the airport end of the beach , but the metro is at your door step. We stayed 6 nights with teenage kids and loved it.

Cons: Collecting the keys at peak hour adds 1.5 hours to your travels if driving in from the south.

Great stay, beautiful view

Pros: Great space and very clean. For us aircon in each room was very appreciated.

Cons: Maybe some very basic things in the kitchen would be useful, like salt or cooking oil.

We had the best time staying in a beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of the country.

Pros: Location was perfect - short distance from airport and right across the road from the beack

Pros: First and foremost i would like to mention that the location was a 10/10 for us. The hotel apartment has a sea view is spectacular. The apartment was super clean and there were enough bed sheets/bed covers and towels placed. All appliances were very clean and hardly any dust spotted anywhere in the apartment.

Cons: However there were few things which were disappointing in the apartment. The bathroom lights could not be switched off which apparently the host knew about and did not get it fixed. That was a major discomfort for us since it was very difficult to sleep in one of the bedrooms with that light. Secondly, the electric stove was not working at all. We wanted to cook but unfortunately we couldn't use it and strangely enough some of the pots and pans were not suitable cookware materials for electric stoves. Thirdly we turned on the TV and it had sound at the beginning but then suddenly the sound was cut off and we tried everything but no luck. Also it was very weird that when we would turn on the TV in the leaving room space, the other TV in the other bedroom would also turn on at the same time. In addition, i would like to add that we had a nice host when it came to response but he/she didn't always respond immediately which that could be improved.

Pros: The views were spectacular of the Baies Des Anges. It was across the street from the promenade des anglais. It had everything you need for a long stay. It was close to grocery stores and boulangeries. Very responsive hosts.
