Good central location

Pros: The location couldn't be better Small but adequate bathroom and kitchenette Bed was comfortable

Cons: The pillows need replacing No hair-dryer No washing machine tablets or powder, we had to go out and buy some The heatpump needs cleaning on close inspection Lots of mildew in the shower

Perfect stay!

Pros: Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved our stay here! The place was clean with all the facilities as it states online. The location was perfect too, with the tram being only a 5 min walk which went up to the station we were able to visit other towns nearby, as well as being right next to the beach in Nice! There’s also loads of restaurants and cafes just below the accommodation. The host was lovely and very accommodating to us as well :)

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the beach and the centre of Nice which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The train station is close. There is a lovely balcony and kitchen area with a coffee machine, fridge, washing machine. The bed is comfortable. The host is very friendly and easy to contact.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Convenient location. Can find restaurants and shops right downstairs. Close to the beach. Have a laundry machine and a small kitchen with microwave and mini fridge. Have a small balcony outside but I didn’t use that much as there are little bugs outside. The host replied message quickly and was helpful.

Buena ubicación , buena predisposición del dueño

Pros: La ubicación y a metros de la playa y en pleno centro

Cons: El edificio estaba muy descuidado

Pros: It was the best location in Nice! Beach at one end and Cafes shops at the other

Cons: Definitely needs to be cleaner lots of mess in drawers and closets.

Pros: L'appartement est confortable et très bien situé, tout près de la promenade des Anglais. L'hôte nous attendait à notre arrivée et à été flexible et très gentil. Les communications étaient rapides. Endroit idéal pour une semaine à Nice.

Pros: sehr gut gelegen. Zentrum und Strand nur wenige Schritte aber trotzdem ruhig da nach hinten raus.
