Pros: Small and comfortable, perfect for two people. Green and quiet area. Distance to the main attractions and the beach may seem long, but it is good for those who like to walk. Many bakeries and a big supermarket around.

Cons: The only thing we really missed - drying rack.

Pros: We loved staying here - the location was superb and the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week we stayed - we'll be back! The gorgeous bottle of Chardonnay left in the fridge for us was a nice touch. The property manager was friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons: No lift but it wasn't too bad as we were on the 2nd floor.

Very clean and modern apartment in a nice building.

Pros: Everything went well. It was a nice apartment that is very well kept and had everything we needed. There is a lemon tree right out side the front window, which was nice to see. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket a few blocks away, and enough restaurants and cafe's nearby to choose from. We were at first concerned about the distance to the city center but we found that the walk into town was easy enough and that it was not necessary to take buses or trams to get around (although it is certainly an option for those who prefer not to walk). A tip: this property is very close to the Nice-Riquier train station, so if you are arriving by train this would be your stop.

Pros: 屋子干净整洁，用品齐全，装修很新，非常适合多待几天，去尼斯景点很方便，也适合作为蔚蓝海岸的基地，因为离火车很近，没必要开车到处走。家附近也有一家大型超市，都能买到

Très bon séjour.

Pros: L'emplacement. Logement trescalme ,bien insonorisé Bien situé et très propre. Merci pour la bouteille de vin blanc.

Cons: Pas assez de materiel: grille pain, . Pas d'ouvre boite. Pas de séchoir pour le linge. Pas de planche à découper, pas de grand bol. Pas de tapis de douche. Attention une des accroches serviettes de la salle de bain n'était pas fixée et à failli me tomber sur le pied. A réparer.

Pros: Veldig bra aircondition. Det var fungerende tv, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Pent og rent. Veldig nærme togstasjon

Cons: Leiligheten er mindre enn den ser ut på bilder men fortsatt veldig fin. Ingenting å vaske kjøkken o.l med (klut, håndkle).

Pros: Freshly renovated apartment with all necessary amenities, clean and good for max of 3/4 people. Check in was easy, communication great and apartment is 5 min away from a train station which is a bonus if you want to explore outside of Nice. P.S. please add a big mirror, its the only thing we missed :)

Pros: Totul a fost foarte frumos, apartamentul exact ca in poze. Locatia buna, ne-am simtit foarte bine, cu siguranta vom reveni.

Buona posizione e con molti servizi vicini

Pros: Struttura pulita e accogliente. Cucina molto spaziosa e con tutti i comfort necessari.

Cons: Niente

Pros: Spokojna ulica - w nocy nie było głośno. Blisko sklep spożywczy i piekarnia. Około 15 minut od przystanku tramwaju który przywiózł nas z lotniska, do wszystkich najważniejszych zabytków i atrakcji w centrum miasta też około 20 minut spacerem.

Cons: Łazienka niestety trochę mała, w cztery dorosłe osoby było w mieszkaniu nieco ciasno.
