Pros: Host was very accommodating. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Good location.

Cons: No air conditioning. A lot stairs and no lift so not for anyone with mobility issues

Pros: Good location. Take note of being on the 4th floor,lots of stairs.Also no air conditioning so very hot especially during the day.Great facilities and lots of space.

Great location! Spacious apartment!

Pros: The apartment was lovely! The owner was responsive. The property manager was responsive and called for a deposit the day before. Easy transaction. Market on corner for any needs. Location location location! Very walkable.

Cons: The apartment had a lot of street noise. The washer needs to be cleaned BUT I called the owner and he was responsive to if any issues continued, he'd be there ASAP. Very responsive!

Pros: Very welcoming, friendly and helpful host! Spacious, clean apartment. Two nice bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We very much appreciated the coffee and tea at hand.

Cons: Only one small practical thing: the deposit in 500 cash. But we were very happy it could be done by creditcard in the end. Thank you! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Bel appartement au centre de Nice

Pros: Bel appartement, très propre et de grande taille. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Présence de deux salles de bain. Bon emplacement.

Cons: L’absence d’ ascenseur, pour un appartement au 4 eme étage peut être dissuasive. La pression de l’eau dans les douches était faible. Au regard de la taille et de la capacité d accueil , il aurait été pratique d avoir un second WC.
