Good place in Niece

Pros: The apartment is located just 3 minutes from the port of Nice, where you can also catch the tram to the airport. On the other side of the street, there is a supermarket that is open from early morning until late in the evening. All the main attractions are very close by. The apartment is well equipped, with plenty of pots, plates, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is also a washing machine and an iron available.

Cons: Communication with the flat owner wast very good, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Great stay and good value for money.

Pros: Great location! The apartment was clean and had all necessary items for our stay. Bonus points for the air conditioning! Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable.

Cons: The fridge didn’t work when we arrived in the evening. The host came to fix it the following morning, though, and was very apologetic of the inconvenience. Also the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, noisy, and wobbly, that we decided to pull the mattress to the floor and sleep there instead.

A fabulous stay

Pros: It was located in a great area, close to the port and old town was 15 min walk away! Very close to alot of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. It was very clean and easy to check in and out. Very secure and really spacious!

Cons: The balcony furniture was not set up on arrival which was a bit disappointing and the bed was quite firm. But otherwise everything was great!!

Great location, clean and well equipped apartment. I fully recommend.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the city centre, close to a supermarket. Good kitchen, washing machine. The piano was, however, locked but that was not the reason why I have chosen this apartment.

Cons: It took the owner over a week and multiple reminders to send me the invoice. Otherwise, everything was great.

Pros: Perfect location and easy access, which is exactly what I wanted! Great price for what it was. Overall I'd definitely come back :)

Très bon séjour dans un environnement calme et central

Pros: Appartement très bien situé près du port de Nice. Accessible de l’aéroport en tram. Supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants à proximité. Très calme dans une jolie résidence. Facilité d’accès aux clés. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant.

Pros: L'appartement est propre et se situe dans une résidence propre et bien sécurisée non exposée à des nuisances sonores. La cuisine est bien équipée pour préparer à manger avec des aliments achetés dans un supermarché en face de la résidence ouvert tous les jours jusqu'à 21h. Le grand avantage de cet appartement est son emplacement à quelques minutes de marche du port avec tous les transports à côté.

Cons: Je verrais pour optimiser l'espace dans la pièce et moderniser la douche.

Pros: Anfitrião super atencioso e prestativo, localização otima, muito perto do porto com otimos restaurantes e mercados perto. Facil acesso a transporte publico.
