Pros: The apartment was clean and our hosts were lovely and very accommodating.

Location fab , small compact clean property to stay and bakery downstairs

Pros: Corine met us late at night and so helpful. Perfect location , tram straight from airport Lovely stroll into town

Pros: Good connection to the tram line 2 and busses everywhere. Clean, cozy, has everything that's needed (including coffee express, vacuum cleaner and a washing machine), breakfasts on the balcony are nice, grocery shop and bakery 2 minutes away, since Nice is quite a compact city, it takes 15 minutes to get to the beach and the promenade

Cons: That we couldn't stay there longer

Clean and close to where you want to be

Pros: Close to the port and old town, with a supermarket across the road and only a few minutes to tram line 2 (to/from Airport) this is a very clean studio in a super secure building. The hostess Corine was very helpful and provides a really nice apartment for you to enjoy

Cons: Sofa beds are not our 1st choice, but all the other features of the apartment outweigh that minor item

Short stay

Pros: Secure location close to old town and port. Very clean. Nearby supermarket and patisserie.

Cons: Nil

Exceptionally equipped, great price, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very well set up, the amenities, the coffee, the cooking area and even the bathroom had everything we needed and more. Corine was lovely to us and gave us a great tour of Nice from her list of pamphlets with some good tips. Overall a very comfortable stay, very close to everything local which made us feel like we lived there. Also close to 4.8 rated boulangeries which I highly recommend to visit!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: i ABSOLUTELY loved everything abt this apartment as they provided almost everything i needed such as plug adapter, one free water bottle and so many more!! The location is absolutely perfect as it’s quiet but also not too far from shops, restaurants and the beach

This would be a very good short stay in Nice, but for a week or longer, it's very confining.

Pros: Location was great for tram, bus, train. Also for supermarket and bakery. Generally very quiet after 10.00 pm

Cons: We would have liked a more careful description of the security processes in the building when we arrived - there were four levels of security, including the condo key itself, since we were not familiar with European methods.

Provided everything I needed for my visit to Nice. Would happily stay agaiin.

Pros: A very comfortable studio apartment for one person. Very clean, with all necessary facilities, including hairdryer. Excellent location for quick and easy access to Port area and trams (2 mins) Place Garibaldi (5 mins) and 10 minutes walk from Vieux Nice. Felt safe for staying alone with good security access. Self catering, but had all the equipment needed if wanting to eat in, with a good boulangerie on the corner and a supermarket opposite and close to Rue Bonaparte which has great food shops.

Cons: More space for hanging clothes would be helpful. Balcony area great to have, but does not get sunshine beyond 5pm.

Amazing stay

Pros: Location was perfect. Close to the port and old city. Tram stop to the airport only 5min walk from the place. Apartment was spotless clean and bed very comfortable. Supermarket and Bakary nearby with delicious pastries and sandwiches was a big bonus.
