Apartment on Dante street next to the sea

An ideal apartment and location for a family to explore Nice and surrounding area!

Pros: The apartment was great for our family of four. It had all the facilities required for a break in Nice. Having a toilet downstairs in addition to the shower room upstairs was really handy. Our kids each had a sofa bed in the living room and upstairs was a comfortable double bed. There was even an extra single bed upstairs! The location is very close to all amenities. Just a few mins from the promenade, lots of shops and eateries nearby and only an 18 minute walk from the train station. Although there was no balcony, it was great to have the windows and shutters open to hear life in Nice, especially the happy sounds of the children playing in the school yard nearby. The host was very kind and welcoming. It was easy to communicate with her before and during our stay. A great place to stay if you visit Nice!

Cons: As mentioned by others, the split level is convenient for families, but the stairs are curved and narrow so you have to be very careful using them. If anyone has mobility issues this could be an issue.

Lovely clean apartment.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a washer/dryer. It’s close to the beach and there are plenty of supermarkets and places to eat nearby.

Excellent stay in Nice

Pros: - Fantastic Location, 5 mins from Tram, Buses and Beach. Close to cafes and restaurants - Friendly Host - Good size for a family of 4 - Clean apartment and comfortable beds and very good sofa bed

Pros: Highly recommend this apartment. Helpful and responsible owners. Very convenient location. Several supermarkets nearby. Close to the sea. Walking distance to city centre, old Nice, castle. Tram station in a 5 min walk. Would gladly come back here!

Ideal accommodation in an ideal location

Pros: The hosts are very responsive and helpful, and gave us great recommendations. We had an issue one of the nights and they promptly helped us. We are very grateful for that The apartments are modern, clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and lovely toilets. Very well located too We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it

Pros: Cosy apartment with everything you need for a family stay. Close to the promenade, close to the tram station. Lots of stores and restaurants around, also not far from the city center. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Thanks to Vicent again for waiting for us till late hours!

Pros: The host was a lovely lady and quite accomodating. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures, comfortable and clean. There is a washing machine, microwave, fridge and two-plate stove and a coffee machine. The location is amazing, we spent the whole week walking around Nice with ease. Good food options and shopping places are located all over the neighbourhood and there are good transport connections too. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils. I would suggest more small bowls and dish towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to go back.

Lovely and would definitely choose this apartment again

Pros: Location was great for me - close to the city and beach and easy tram from airport. Lovely and quiet.

Cons: The bedroom inside apartment is 18 steps up a tiny spiral staircase which was fine for me however would be a struggle for some

A good location to explore Nice and the Cote D’ Azur

Pros: Very good location to explore Nice and only a few minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and less than 20 mins walk from tram station Alsace - Lorraine . Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .

Cons: Stairs were a little tricky . Good idea would be to have a toaster . Quite basic cutlery . A nice gesture would be to include a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival .

Excellent for friends visiting Nice! Highly recommend

Pros: The apartment was clean, had what we needed and was an excellent location. The main bed and sofa bed were comfy. The kitchen is small and basic but was enough for our short stay. Very close to beach! Supermarket very close too! Irina was very lovely and arranged early check in for us.

Cons: The main bedroom is up some very tight stairs so hard to get big suitcases up there. Not a major issue as we just left our bags downstairs. Hard to imagine a big family with young kids up there though.
