Such a lovely accommodation so close to public transport. The view is definitely worth it!

Pros: The bathroom and the view from the main room/balcony were exceptional. Transportation was easily accessible.

Pros: Great place albeit very small, friendly check-in, good location (next to bus heading directly into town), apartment was not really stocked with small essentials for cooking and cleaning (oil, spices, enough cookware), but overall it was a great stay!

Pros: Due to the bus stop right around the corner the apartment is excellently located. The terrace is lovely and the apartment has all the necessities you could need. Perfect for one or two people.

Cons: I wish there had been more cooking basics there like oil, some spices etc. There was only salt and tea/coffee. That was still nice of course but I would have loved to be able to cook more (and I wasn't gonna buy all new oils/spices of course for a three day stay...).

Pros: Very nice and friendly owner. She explained and told everything that was necessary. For this price, the apartment has everything you need, but the coolest thing is the view from the balcony - it was amazing.

Piccolo, comodo e vicino un po a tutto ma, c'è sempre un ma..

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario (tranne la lavastoviglie, ma essendo solo in due non era un problema). Posizione buona con molte farmacie e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Abbastanza vicino anche al centro di Nizza. Comodo il parcheggio privato e accesso al piano dell'appartamento con ascensore. Carino e comodo il balconcino su cui poter fare colazione o pranzo o cena. Ampio bagno e buona la doccia.

Cons: Un po scomodo il letto e i cuscini. Inoltre il letto se tirato giù (essendo a scomparsa) rendeva il divano inagibile. Poco spazio per mangiare (colazione pranzo e cena). Come ho detto si poteva mangiare sul balcone, ma il tavolino era molto piccolo e le poltrone sul balcone erano inadatte per pranzare ma più per rilassarsi. Mancanza del bidet, ma essendo in Francia ce lo aspettavamo. La biancheria e le lenzuola date in dotazione erano state lavate ma non erano state fatte asciugare nel modo appropriato e di conseguenza non avevano un buon odore. Essendoci però la lavatrice con i vari prodotti e anche lo spendino abbiamo potuto lavarle in autonomia.

Pros: Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé et proche d’une boulangerie, d’un vival et des arrêts de bus . C’est très agréable d’avoir la climatisation ainsi qu’une petite terrasse . La literie est de qualité . C’est pratique d’avoir une place de parking devant l’immeuble. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Pros: В студии есть буквально все. Вплоть до отпаривателя для одежды, кофемашины и тостера. Очень стильно все оформлено, красивая полочка с разноцветной подсветкой, великолепный вид с балкона и приятнейший тихий район. Автобус номер 5 ходит регулярно вплоть до полуночи, до центра ехать 15-20 минут. Самый лучший вариант.

Séjour très agréable

Pros: Avec la canicule qui frappait lors de notre séjour la clim à été très fortement apprécié et une bouteille d'eau fraiche nous attendait lors de notre arrivés. La place de parking était aussi un gros plus. La zone et l'immeuble sont très calme.

Cons: Le manque de proximité pour récupéré le tram mais un parking gratuit est disponible à la gare terminus du tram et il se trouve à moins de 10 minutes en voiture.
