Villa Paradiso

Perfect villa with a great pool, excellent location and a very welcoming host!

Pros: We had an amazing time at this villa! The pool was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the place is super comfortable. Location is great – with a car it’s only 10–15 minutes to the centre, but there are also buses and taxis available. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even gave us homemade marmalade and mandarin liqueur as a gift before we left – such a lovely touch! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to come back. Highly recommend!

Ideal place for French Rivera vacations

Pros: The view, the comfort , the high quality kitchen utensils , the host was vey helpful and welcoming .

Great stay in Nice!

Pros: Everything was great, the house was very clean and fully equiped with everything someone could need and Gerardo was very friendly! Beautiful view.

Cons: Nothing. People just have to keep in mind that the house is up a hill so it's better if you have a car.

A Weekend in Nice

Pros: Our friendly host met us at the property and showed us all around. The appartment was well equipped and was all we needed for our stay in Nice. Property was an easy 10 min drive to the tram park and ride giving great access into the city.

Beautiful peaceful secure villa with excellent hosts

Pros: Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom villa set on a hillside with decent distant views and a fantastic balcony with sofas overlooking the private pool one level below. Very attentive and helpful owner who welcomed us into the villa and left us with a decent basket of breakfast items for the morning, and a bottle of homemade Limoncello as a souvenir on check out!

Cons: You’ll need a car to get to the villa as it’s a few miles away from the city centre; however, the villa has got its on private parking space. The villa has two bedrooms, but has got only one toilet (and a separate bathroom without toilet); so will need a bit of ‘planning’ in the morning if you’re a big group.

Pros: Excellent contact à notre arrivée et également à notre départ avec le couple de propriétaire. Apparemment fonctionnel et très propre. Très bel emplacement. Literie impeccable. Attention des propriétaires : Lait et jus de fruits présents dans le frigidaire pour le lendemain matin au petit-déjeuner. Lieu au calme. Parking privé juste à côté du logement. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. On y retournons avec grand plaisir. Merci aux propriétaires !!!!!

Smuk udsigt og dejligt paradis lejlighed/have

Pros: Rent, smukt, roligt, smuk udsigt oven for Nice, tæt på Nice seværdigheder og let at komme rundt, smuk have med citrustræer. Man kan også se havet og Nice lufthavn. Meget venlige og pertentlige værter, vil helt sikkert komme igen!

Cons: Intet, husk dog at stedet ligger på en skråning så der er nogen trapper
