Super séjour avec un emplacement idéal

Pros: L'emplacement top,immeuble sécurisé et surtout une place de parking souterraine

Cons: odeur couloir commun,très léger bruit autoroute,manque tire bouchon et un papier toilette supplémentaire serait le bienvenue

Pros: L'emplacement à proximité d'une station de tram

Cons: Matelas un peu durs. Stationnement impossible le dernier jour pour cause de remise de clefs dans l'appartement et non dans une bal. Stationnement extérieur impossible sur ce périmètre.

Pros: - l'emplacement - le tram juste devant l'entrée - proximité de la plage - proximité des commerces - Hôte très sympathique - terrasse assez grande pour 4 personnes - climatisation dans le salon et la chambre - draps et serviettes fournis - équipements tels que la machine à laver, le micro-ondes, le grille-pain et les plaques - vaisselle suffisante - beaucoup de rangements - animaux acceptés - bien insonorisé - produits ménagers - propreté de l'appartement à l'arrivée

Pros: die unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet,sauber und cécilia war super hilfsbereit. die lage ist top. tramstation vor der türe und 10 min. ist man mit tram oder bus im zentrum. stran ist auf der anderen seite der rue des anglaise. wir werden bestimmt wieder die unterkunft nutzen wollen.

Było świetnie! Polecamy

Pros: W mieszkaniu i łazience było bardzo czysto. Plusy: kontakt z właścicielami, dobra klimatyzacja, suszarka do włosów, lokalizacja (blisko plaży, sklepów, tramwajów) oraz balkon ze stolikiem. Wejście do budynku było skomplikowane, ale dostałyśmy instrukcje wejścia do apartamentu. W mieszkaniu ze spokojem dało się przygotować śniadanie i mały obiad w niewielkiej kuchni. Nie korzystałyśmy z samochodu, ale istniała opcja zaparkowania w miejscu podziemnym. Wypoczynek ze znajomymi był bardzo udany.

Cons: Lekkie zamieszanie z odebraniem kluczy spowodowane niespodziewaną późną porą naszego przylotu, ale właściciel bardzo szybko zareagował. Jedyny minus to brak papieru toaletowego oraz gąbki do mycia naczyń + tylko jeden worek do śmieci.

Pros: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war toll. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, tolle Läden in der Straße und zum Strand war es ein Katzensprung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat super geklappt. Das Auto stand in der Tiefgarage sicher.

Cons: Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn der Kieselsteinstrand erwähnt worden wäre.

Pros: Tutto ottimo, posizione a 100 metri dal mare, casa pulita con tutto il necessario, incluso la lavatrice, ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè, ottimo balcone per fare colazione, pranzo, cena, volendo. Il parcheggio è comodissimo vista la difficoltà di trovare sempre un posto a Nizza. La persona che si occupa del appartamento molto gentile e disponibile. Come ultima cosa, la zona è ottima anche perché si trovano ristoranti, bar, supermercato e orto frutta. Fam. Valoti (Pavia, Italy)
