Pros: A location not far from the center of Nice. Train station also a 10-minute walk away. Very clean and everything necessary.

Pros: Es war alles perfekt. Die Lage in der Nähe der Straßenbahn ( 4 min zu Fuß ) zur Station Alsace-Lorraine und zum Strand vor dem Hotel Negresco ( 8 min ). Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Grill mit Mikrowelle und einem tollen Badezimmer. Es war ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Einfach eine nette Idee. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist durch die Box auf der Straße sehr einfach und zeitlich unabhängig von der Ankunft.

Cons: Eine Markise am Balkon wäre schön. Die Sonne steht am Vormittag auf dem Balkon und heizt diesen sehr auf.

Pros: L'emplacement et la fonctionnalité de l'appartement, il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour quelques jours. Et le balcon egalement qui est toujours un plus.

Pros: The proximity to everything in Nice made sightseeing quite easy. The kitchen and bath were fully equipped and the terrace was a nice touch.

Cons: The apartment wasn’t clean. There were crumbs on the couch, the floors were dirty and the kitchen top was dirty, as well. The listing states that there is 1 bedroom. This is false. This must be advertised as a studio apartment with 1 sofa bed, not a bedroom AND a sofa bed. This was quite disappointing.
