Angelo is excellent and this was a brilliant base.

Pros: The views are outstanding and the AC is imperative.

Cons: Third toilet extremely tiny and prone to small leak. We just didn’t use it.

Lovely flat. Great View of the sea

Pros: Great view of the sea! Spacious, Great beds .Well equipped

Cons: Promenade des Anglais is very busy and the location is slightly away from the centre of Nice, though the tram station (Magnan) is nearby and the tram service is excellent

Clean, spacious apartment with extraordinary views, close to trams, buses, shops, and beach.

Pros: Spacious, clean, and very functional apartment, spectacularly situated with expansive views of the Mediterranean. Five-minute walk to tram, bus, groceries, bakeries, and restaurants. Three-minute walk to an unforgettable beach.

Cons: Some furniture was a bit worn; e.g., the couches and master mattress need to be replaced. No real problems that significantly affected our stay.

Pros: Spacious clean apartment in a very quite building with excellent location. Right on the Promenade with great views of the beach and 5 minutes walk from the tram stop that would take to city center in two stops.
