Pros: Apartment near the coast, with a lot of commerce. The house owner was kind to us. Totally recommended!

Cons: The walls were chipped, but it didn't affect our experience! :)

Pros: Very good location with shops and bakeries in the area. Everything was clean and and the host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was no kettle so I had to boil water on the stove.

Appartamento poco accogliente anche se ci sono delle potenzialità...

Pros: L'aria condizionata, l'ascensore, gli infissi nuovi e la posizione. Di fronte c'è un'ottima boulangerie. Supermercato Carrefour vicino con possibilità di parcheggio.

Cons: Pessima pulizia dell'appartamento, anche le lenzuola sembravano usate, pessimo stato degli impianti elettrico e idraulico, non ci sono lampadari solo fili scoperti e qualche lampadina. Il bagno cieco non ha areatore, la porta di una delle camera da letto non funziona, mancanza di comodini adiacenti al letto.

Cómodo y espacioso piso en Niza

Pros: Es un piso espacioso y cómodo, tiene dos camas grandes y un sofá, el propietario era muy agradable y nos ayudó con todas las dudas, si volviera a Niza sin dudar repetiría de estancia, porque además, está bien ubicado el piso, queda muy cerca de la estación de trenes por si te quieres mover a ciudades cercanas como nosotros hicimos y también hay un supermercado al lado. El piso estaba limpio.

Cons: La puerta estaba un poco trabada y hay que hacer fuerza, pero el propietario nos avisó de ello.

Pros: Хорошее расположение, большая квартира, легко было найти парко- место для машины, все в пешей доступности. Мы приехали около полуночи и хозяин нас без проблем заселил.

Cons: В квартире было не совсем чисто, после прошлых жителей осталось мокрое полотенце
