Pros: Our stay at Alivu was truly pleasant! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with Jean-Louis was excellent — he was attentive, polite, and provided very clear instructions before and during our stay. We also appreciated the quiet surroundings and the easy connection to the city center by bus. Everything worked perfectly, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. Thank you, Jean-Louis, for your kindness and hospitality. We would be happy to return again!

Pros: Everything. This is without doubt the best apartment we have ever stayed at. It has stunning views. It's at the top of the hill looking down on nice. It has everything you need, fully equipped in every room, bathroom is awesome , high sides on bath, double sinks, loads of towels also. The owner is lovely. He couldn't be more helpful. Lots of nice touches with breakfast items given for free, jams etc. I can't recommend this place enough. I wish I could have stayed longer. 100% perfect thankyou 😊❤️

Pros: A lot of space, which is great when travelling with a child! Very friendly host who gave great advice on the city!

Just what you need for Nice

Pros: Everything was ok. It’s a beautiful apartment with all facilities you need (even the furniture and equipments aren’t new or modern) and a wonderful view. The host is very very very kind. The location is not close to the central area but you have the bus station near location (50 m). The street is not so dangerous as it said in some comments. We walked to central area and return without problems. I strongly recommend.

Pros: There was everything you need in the apartment, very comfortable beds and bathroom had everything!Well equipped kitchen and absolutely beautiful view!the owner is very kind and helpful with everything, lovely place to stay

Excellent stay!

Pros: Jean welcomed us super kindly and responded to all of my questions immediately. All of the rooms were connected to the living room and very useful. The view from the window was amazing! All the facilities were well equipped and we felt very comfortable. Parking along the road was sometimes full but Jean arranged a place in front of his garage for us flexibly.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great view from the apartment, spacious, good coffee, great room setup, helpful host.

Cons: The only complaint I have is that our bed was very hard. Other wise everything was great

Pros: Jean Louis was very helpful, and it was great to have tomorrow's breakfast and coffee there when we arrived! Being able to wash clothes was great. The bus is convenient (can buy tickets online) and we could easily get groceries delivered from carrefour.

Cons: The bed was much firmer than we preferred. The steps were tricky with a pram. The road right outside has no footpath.

Pros: Bardzo dobry, pomocny i szybki kontakt z wlascicielem. Apartament przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Duży plus za sprawną klimatyzację i garaż. Trochę brakowało balkonu lub tarasu. Mając do dyspozycji samochód super miejsce dla rodziny, bo komunikacja miejska w Nicei to nie najlepsze rozwiązanie. Super miejsce jako punkt wypadowy do np. Cannes, Antibes, Monako. Polecam na dłuższy pobyt.
