Beautiful view with a perfect location.

Pros: We liked very much the apartment, the location and the beautiful view. Also the staff was very kind and professional who manage this apartment, and even we got a glass of wine from them, which was very kind. :-) Thank you Nicolas again for the nice stay.

Pros: Amazing spacious apartment with great views. Very well equipped and comfortable.

Cons: Opposite the apartment is a beach restaurant that plays very loud music until very late. Not the apartment owners fault of course but it was annoying.

Lovely place to come home to after a busy day sightseeing

Pros: We loved the size and character of the apartment along with the amazing view. Whilst it is a little way out from the main attractions in Nice everything is really easy to get to by tram for which there is a stop just around the corner.

Cons: Other reviews mentioned the road noise and whilst it was not an issue at all overnight it did impact slightly the enjoyment of sitting on the balcony at the end of the day and having a glass of wine but if you choose to go on a city break you can't really expect it to be peaceful.

Comfy apartment with great views

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and comfy with fantastic views along the promenade - great for people watching, plane watching (!) (they didn’t disturb us at all) and the hustle and bustle of the seafront. The lounge is huge with settees arranged so that you can look out to sea. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment which means it is very quiet. We liked the two balconies with the shutters and canopies and the lift saved our tired legs! The tram and bus stops are nearby and it is very easy to get to and from the airport and the old town. The information pack is helpful and the managing agents were very good. Although we were only there a few days we really enjoyed our stay … very relaxing and would recommend the apartment to our friends.

Es war einfach perfekt.

Pros: Super Lage, direkt am Strand. Zwei Balkone, einer davon mit Meerblick. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht in Küche und Badezimmer.

Cons: Der Straßenverkehr ist sehr laut, wenn die Balkontür offen ist. Das ist aber normal für diese Lage.

Pros: Мы останавливались в апартаментах семьёй и остались очень довольны. Квартира светлая, просторная и отлично оборудована. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым для приготовления пищи, а уютная обеденная зона на балконе добавляет особый шарм. Имеется стиральная и сушильная машины, что очень важно, также утюг и гладильная доска. ! Спальня очень комфортная, с большой и удобной кроватью, а вид из окна просто великолепен. Балкон с панорамным видом на море – настоящее украшение квартиры, идеальное место для отдыха и наслаждения свежим воздухом. Гостиная просторная и стильно оформленная, с большими окнами, через которые открывается потрясающий вид на море. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом пребывания здесь и обязательно рекомендуем эту квартиру для незабываемого отдыха в Нице!
