Great apartment to stay in Nice

Pros: Great location for tram stop for airport and getting around city, Beside the Promenade with side view. Everything on doorstep- bakeries,supermarkets, cafes, beech. The apartment is exactly like the Photos as you see on booking .com

Cons: Because of the central location it can be noisy and at night can have some undesirable people around but no worse than any other big city.

Good location

Pros: The location was good. Close to the sea, public transport, shops, i recomend the pizza restaurant above the street and the boulangerie down stairs, there is also a small non stop shop very close…and the tram line 2 that is going direct to centre or airport is just a few m from the apartment.

Cons: In the night there is a lot of noise from the street, was hard to sleep especially in the first night, after we got a bit used. Also late in the night the area doesn’t look very safe. In the day all it’s ok.

Overall, very nice comfortable stay, very good recommendations for restaurants etc provided too, overall would recommend

Pros: Very clean and comfortable property, very close to the tram stop which is convenient to get to the old town and airport

Cons: Bit far from the old town but doesn’t have good transport connections, sick was slow to drain but did drain eventually, bad smell in the morning, unclear where it was coming from but would always resolve quickly

Great base to explore Nice

Pros: Location is really convenient, close walking distance to tram stop and beach. Great base to visit Nice and surrounding area. Clean, comfortable and good facilities. Felt safe with secure entry. Staff helpful and quick to respond. Delicious bakery below!

Cons: City noises at night but we still slept well.

Chic, cosy, convenient apartment

Pros: first of all the pictures are exactly like the property! location - right around the corner from lenval hopital tram stop along the avenue la californie and adjacent to promenade anglais right opposite the beach. closely located to restaurants, takeaways, a hardware store and supermarkets! building - key pickup was easy with instructions, a secure building with a lift. the property is on 2nd floor i loved everything about the property it really felt like my home from home. everything was well equipped you get the idea that the hosts really think about the guests because nothing was missing as a solo traveller i felt safe getting back to the property at night

Pros: Ótimo apartamento tem um bom sofá cama na sala, o quarto é lindo , cama confortável, um espelho lindo em frente a cama ,apartamento perto da praia muito bom.

Cons: Poderia ter mais panelas para cozinhas , tinhas várias frigideiras e somente uma única panela.

COMODIDAD COMO EN CASA

Pros: Me gustó todo del alojamiento, un lugar con buena vista y sobre todo cerca de todo 🫶🏼

Pros: Bien situé. Promenade des Anglais et transport en commun très accessible. La mer tout près. Vieux Nice à 20 min à pied. La température

Cons: Procédure d'arrivée déficiente pour obtenir la clé de l'appartement. Cacher la clé dans un coffret dans une ruelle c'est inacceptable pour des touristes qui ne connaissent pas la ville. Lorsqu'on arrive après une longue journée de transport, on n'a pas le goût de jouer à une chasse au trésor pour obtenir la clé de l'appartement. Plusieurs lumières brûlées dans l'appartement. Fuite d'eau dans la cuisine, que j'ai du réparé.

Pros: Close to everything the owner had everything in the apartment even parachute which is amazing

Cons: The balcony was not for actual use . Noise from neighbours and beach club in front. If you can sleep with earplugs then its not a problem at all. Did not like that the owner asks you to take the trash out when you are leaving to the airport this is the last thing you think about and the apartment is not cheap or hustle like for this kind of request.
